Fue el único hotel que consideré al pensar en Quebec, y estuvo a la altura. Reservé la gold experience, no pude aprovechar mucho los servicios del piso 14, pero pasé a mirar y estaban muy buenos los snacks, solo me pareció raro que hubiese que pagar el alcohol. El cuarto muy lindo, tuvieron un detalle por nuestro aniversario, el personal de recepción excelente del lobby y del 14, excelente trato. Las toallas divinas, marcan el nivel del hotel. Como comentario, esperaba más del desayuno, no había la suficiente variedad. Cuando pregunte si habia omelette o huevos revueltos, me dijeron que ese día no. Me pareció que en una gold experience mínimo me podrían haber hecho individualmente scrumbled eggs, pero no me dieron la opción. Tampoco habia donde enchufar el teléfono en la mesa de luz de mi marido, cosa rara a esta altura. Pero el resto, todo impecable.

Se trataba de una prospección para unos grupos en el 2025/2026 Este es el Hotel por referencia cuando uno piensa en Canada y en la Ciudad de Quebec un hotel y una cadena que sabe renovar haciendo que el cliente se sienta siempre como único en un lugar con historia, referente del Canada Es mi quinta experiencia en este hotel y siempre es única y especial

Tuve la oportunidad de visitar acompañado de mi Familia el Fairmont Le Château Frontenac a finales de marzo de 2024 durante 2 noches. Realmente fue una excelente experiencia en relación con la ubicación, desde la cual conté con hermosas vistas hacia el río San Lorenzo y la Ciudad de Québec. La arquitectura es un viaje a los años de 1800, y los alimentos durante el desayuno buffet aunado a la excelente calidad y trato de las personas que laboran en sus históricas instalaciones serán una invitación a regresar. Mi Esposa e Hijos tuvieron la oportunidad de disfrutar de una tarde en la piscina y la gran experiencia de visitar los alrededores de la ciudadela de la que se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie. La seguridad de sus alrededores y su cercanía con la estación de tren Gare du Palais, así como el acceso al aeropuerto con empleo de la red de transporte público de Quebéc City invitan al viajero a recorrer sus calles y poder completar un viaje por la costa este de Canadá.

La gente fue muy amable y aunque fue un fin de semana muy lleno, estuvimos muy bien atendidos. Lo único es que en la habitación no funcionaban 3 lámpara, no había jabon ni shampoo y hasta el día siguiente lo pudieron reparar.
