Great place to stay when making a pilgrimage to Crystal Bridges. The hotel is hip and stylish, with green penguins greeting you here and there. The Hive restaurant is very good, and the woodland path to the museum is very close, as is the town square. Our room was large and quiet, with nice robes and a cool ultraviolet bathroom lighting system. Folks on the desk were helpful with restaurant and travel info.

The staff is polite and helpful. We spent an hour or two after checking in viewing the spectacular art collection and sipped bourbon at the hotel bar before turning in. Our room was impeccably appointed and spotlessly maintained. The location on the square is ideal for accessing shops, restaurants, biking and hiking trails, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Our stay was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. It was a splurge for us, but we are very glad we chose 21C.

Beautiful hotel. Well located with nice rooms and interesting art work. However NO hot water three mornings in a row. Staff didn’t seem like they particularly cared one way or the other. The Hive restaurant has good food and the bar is OK even though it’s slightly too small.

El hotel no presenta cualidades excepcionales en relaciòn a su precio, està bien ubicado y el arte en el lobby es un plus pero fuera de eso no hay ninguba diferencia con un hotel mediano x. El precio es inaudito.

Originalmente yo hice las reservas para dos habitaciones, una para nosotros y otra para otra pareja. La idea era separar las dos habitaciones a nuestra llegada al hotel para que la otra pareja fuera por su cuenta. La separación resultó imposible para su sistema para manejar amd causó inconveniencias durante nuestra estancia
