Une déception pour un Novotel.

Une déception pour un hôtel de ce standing.Si les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, au standard Novotel, assez impersonnel, il y a quelques détails qui peuvent paraître très anodins mais nous ont choqué compte tenu du niveau de prix pratiqués. Sur trois jours de présence, nous avons demandé de faire le ménage au deuxième jour.Comme cela se pratique, nous avions déposé quelques serviettes au pied de la baignoire pour obtenir leurs remplacements. À notre retour, nous avons eu de réels doutes quant à leurs remplacements pensant même, compte tenu de la texture des « nouvelles serviettes » pliées ….qu’il s’agissait des sales… De même, nous avions laissé en évidence, la boite de mouchoirs vide, qui est resté vide malgré le passage du personnel de nettoyage. Rien de bien grave, mais pour un établissement de ce standing il est totalement anormal de contraindre le client à réclamer un paquet de mouchoirs. Parking payant, Pas de navette aéroport mais si le tram passe à deux pas. On est chez Novotel, il ne devrait pas il y avoir d’irritants. C’est pour ces raisons que nous donnons une note moyenne.

Hôtel situé à 5 min du tram qui relie Edinburgh Très bon accueil . Chambres confortables et piscines. Parfait pour un We en famille!

Séjour d’une nuit dans ce Novotel avant de reprendre l’avion. Le soir nous avions réservé au restaurant, nous étions apparemment les seuls, et l’employée nous a ouvert le restaurant que pour nous. Un tel professionnalisme est digne d’un 5*, jamais d’un 4. Un esprit d’initiative, un réel attachement à la satisfaction client, bref, une équipe de grande qualité. Je dois dire que j’ai rarement vu tant de professionnalisme dans un Novotel, et pourtant en tant que Platinium, je dors souvent dans les hôtels Accor. Bref, merci.

Hôtel neuf entre l’aéroport et le centre ville

Hôtel parfaitement situé entre l’aéroport (12min) et le centre d’Edimbourg (15min). Le tram passe toutes les 5 minutes et l’arrêt Park station est à 300m. Aucun bruit extérieur. Commerces juste en face. L’hôtel est neuf, la literie est excellente. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Le personnel est très professionnel et soucieux de notre confort. Ils nous ont prêté deux adaptateurs le temps de notre séjour. Je conseille cet hôtel si vous séjournez quelques jours à Édimbourg.
