Great choice for a family to stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The suites are very spacious and layout is duplex. The rooms and bathrooms were absolutely clean. I recommend this hotel to big family for a comfortable stay. The hotel is connected with a mall which has some nice cafes, restaurants, supermarket and a movie theater too. Just behind the hotel, there is also a nice street called Lidoway which is good for a walk with lots of cafes, restaurants around.

We travelled as family with a toddler and stayed for a night only. Room: Must say we really enjoyed the neat, well designed and spacious room (Superior suite with 1 King bed) Service: We weren't very satisfied with the check-in. The staff at the reception was rather dry and to the point. Had some difficulty with communicating in English. Breakfast: Didn't try. We just ended up buying some cereal, milk and fruit from the supermarket in the nearby complex. Location: Just as you exit the door from the breakfast restaurant you enter into a complex where you can find few restaurants, shops and supermarket. Airport and Railway station is a short 5/10 mins taxi ride from the hotel.

Hotel bien situé à moins de 10mn du Centre des expositions de Shanghai près de l'aeroport Hongqiao Hotel neuf, appartement en duplex spacieux avec accès à un petit centre commercial avec restaurants et supermarché + quelques boutiques Pas de restaurant + bar le soir après 18h00 - offre limitee

Great Suits good Breakfast

I'd have loved to write great breakfast too but they still have a lot of scope for improvement in Food taste. Sausages were dry, Fried rice was very average and so was the overall breakfast experience. When it comes to room, Housekeeping and service, They get 200 marks out of 100 Very spacious, very well designed rooms with lots of space and big bathrooms. They set up a nice standard of SPACE for hotel industry.

Bonne décoration, probème de management. à éviter

Un client voulait me voir à l'hotel pour disscuter, l'accuille demande le passport du client, malheuresement le client n'a pas ramené son passport. Apres avoir recuperé le passport (100km), personne controle le passport, donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi ils insistent le passport au debut, 3h de route pour rien.
