Dear JF D Thank you for your feedback of your recent stay at our resort. I have placed the English translation below so that I could respond to your review. I do appreciate you found the apartment to be a little aged as we are now 9 years old. We are very focused on trying to maintain the apartments to a high standard, keeping them re-painted with new replacements such as fridges etc. We do appreciate you taking the time to review your stay and will definitely take your comments to each department so they can follow up with any issues they find in your apartment. The resort concept is good, the apartment in its design: very good but the terrace you can have dinner or lunch is not isolated enough of the passage leading access to other rooms / apartments. Unfortunately, the whole is very poorly maintained, poor housekeeping! aging and utensils (barbecue, stove, couch of the stained and dirty terrace). On arriving I found a chewing gum ball, some small paper in the shower to open a bottle cap. The drying room is to change (how we manage to propose that!). Sofa terrace at the entrance with table and 4 chairs: stained and unacceptable appearance. Weber Barbecue: tired and dirty appearance and dirty. Appearance unacceptable. Refrigerator and washing machine: ok for me because practically new. Warning: no restaurant at the resort but the resort is well placed therefore .. no problem. There is convenient parking for cars. My rating: 5 of 10 (due to lack of maintenance and aging and not presentable utensils).
