L’équipe de cet hôtel est aux petits soins pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. L’hôtel est à 10 minutes à pieds du métro, c’est donc idéal pour se déplacer !

Tout était parfait sauf la chambre des garçons la télé de fonctionnait pas et le 3 eme lit pas du tout confortable la chambre était trop petite pour 3 personnes. Piscine trop petite . Par contre le personnel est très bien.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel pour le service (tout le personnel était charmant et acceuillant), les chambres spaciseuses et très agréable, qualité du couchages. Très bon petit dejeuner. L'hotel est très beau avec de belles prestations. Unique bémol, dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ensoleillée plus tôt car nous pensiez en profiter le matin mais elle était à l'ombre. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir.

Superbe hôtel avec un accueil exceptionnel malgré l'arrivée tardive. Un concierge de grande classe qui me règle très rapidement un problème de bagages à l'aéroport . Voiture un peu chère mais négociable et surtout disponible en tout temps. Le restaurant très classe donnant sur une terrasse avec piscine, propreté impeccable et service des chambres au top. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est attentionné et au petit soin pour ses clients. Le service est vraiment à la hauteur du nombre d'étoiles de l'établissement. Le seul bémol est le service à table, nous avons pris la demi-pension et le service est très long, beaucoup trop long. Minimum 1h pour recevoir les plats, avec des enfants ce n'est pas évident et même pour nous c'était beaucoup trop long. En revanche la nourriture est excellente et je pense que tout est préparé minute d'où le temps d'attente. Le petit déjeuner est également excellent, beaucoup de choix et tout est très bon. La qualité est au rendez-vous. Autre information : Sur les sites de réservation les chambres sont pour 4 personnes ce qui n'est malheureusement pas le cas. C'est 3 personnes maximum. Heureusement nous voyagions avec mes parents et nos filles ont pu dormir chacune dans une chambre sinon il fallait prendre une suite.
