How can the room not have a safety box? The room had okay furniture, but was worn down. The bath tub didn't have a plug, so it was actually a shower. No desk and chair for working, but other useless furniture. Only french tv channels. The bed was fine, though.

« I was kindly received by professionals »

The room was nice the personal at the reception were kind and professional. It was a bit long to enjoy a beer or at least to order it as no waiter was available at the bar for few minutes. I enjoyed a good meal in the evening in the restaurant of the hotel. The day after I enjoyed a nice breakfast and have been able to pay rapidly the invoice with the fast process.

« Worst stay this year »

Room was terrible. Floor was wet. Climate according. Gold card totally useless. No welcome gift, no upgrade. Wrong reservation. Was reminded to pick up my luggage, despite having one more night booked. No excuse for that.

« Nice hotel but service needs to be faster »

Nice hotel in an industrial area. Manage to ‘hide’ the roads and offices. Decor very welcoming, breakfast excellent menu for dinner interesting and quality surprisingly good. Only downside was speed of service. A few times I tried to catch attention of staff who were chatting or doing administrative work but I had to wait several minutes before they arrived. Great hotel but needs to retrain staff on the importance of customers

On Sunday evening I had dinner at "Le Snack". I got heated baby food in glass bowls. It looked disgusting and it tasted disgusting. The first bowl was "vélouté". The second "moules". It looked the same, and tasted the same, only the second dish had mussels added. The "mixed fruit" dessert was slimey, and the entire dish cost € 33.50. Very poor food, you should be ashamed to serve this to your customers.

Very short overnight business stop, en route to a destination further south. Ideal location as very close to the motorway connections (A10) which I needed to take the next day. I unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool or restaurant which looked appealing in the sunshine.

got my key, went to the room, there were luggage on the floor and people on the bad. I got an alternative room: I was told that there was water in the room, but the fridge was empty and there was not water. the night before leaving, sometime between 22 and 23, I stand up at the front desk waiting for someone to show up, i wanted to pay since the morning after I was leaving at 4.30. I gave up and paid the morning after. at 4.30 after I paid my bill, there was another guy asking for a Taxi. He did not receive support, he had to make a taxi reservation by himself. never saw this before! if the taxi compay you work with is not available you have to help your clients that risk to lose his flight to find alternatives

It was a comfortable experience. The hotel while being slightly older felt refreshed an comfortable enough. However, the thing that surprised me was the mould in the bathroom. It was black an in the corner of the bath. The service in the restaurant was poor (for dinner) and as a result I only ate there once. Breakfast was good however, there was a good variety and there I received special consideration from one of the hotel staff when a large tour group had gone through and cleared things out. The cost for laundry was very overpriced.

We very much liked our stay at Mercure Les Ulis. Nice hotel, a bit old though and need some fresh painting but overall a nice and quiet place, including free private parking area. Breakfast has a very nice variety of hot and cold stuff and large choice of fresh bread and a variety of fresh juices. Situation very near motorway A10 and A11 south France and Brittany. Really a place to recommend

Nice staff, but hotel room was too hot and the AC did not work. Breakfast was simple. Check-out and buying sandwich for lunch took very long time (trouble with PC/untrained staff). If the price was lower, this would be acceptable, but to such a high price I expect more.

There are 2 things that made me provide dissatisfied rating; lack of cold air/AC in the room and poor breakfast staff service. The room also lack hand towel for bathing. The breakfast selection was limited as well, and not tags were provided in French or English to describe the food provided. For example there was sausage without listing the type of meat in it. There was an angry staff member who was mumbling and screaming with anger on everything, and was almost physically handled one of the customers. That customer was Asian and she may have made a mistake on how to cook the eggs - which is a fault of the hotel not providing instructions. The staff member yelled at her, physically pulled the utensil from her, and walked away mumbling with anger.

I have stayed many nights. I have felt at times like family and enjoyed the professionalism of the staff. I watch a manager deal with an extremely rude guess, and felt badly that the manager was subjected to such rude behavior by a person representing a group of other travelers.
