The room was pretty nice and cleaned. ThE area is nice to relax and the castle is awesome ! I recommend the hotel but also the area. Breakfast needs more food and more choices. But the receptionist on the afternoon was helpful and glad the receive me at the hotel but the one who checked me out did know the word « hello » or please. Employees need to be at the minimum respectful with their clients starting by saying hello before asking what is your room number Otherwise good experience

at least have a service/shuttle car from hotel to gare and vice versa because not everyone who wants to stay in the hotel has a car. it is very hard to find a taxi. room temperature is hot. we cannot open the windows at night because of the flying insects from outside. slow restaurant service. but We enjoyed staying at your hotel. the facilities are good. the place is clean and fresh air very relax. nice staff and accommodating.. we will definitely going to come back.

No drinks voucher given at check in. Security deposit was already taken on the credit card but still not possible to order room service. Had to go to the reception with card for second deposit. Room did not have the view as mentioned in the description.

We appreciate the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the chateau, and the great breakfast. Everything was wonderful, although the bath had leaks and did not drain. That was the only issue. Also recommend putting some privacy curtains in bathroom. Many thanks!

« I'm Sitting On The Fence But Leaning Over Your Way. »

It may have been my fault that I got the wrong impression, but when I booked I thought we would be staying in the Chateau proper, especially as I booked a room with views of the park ( extra charge I believe ). We did get a room with a view of the park but it was in an accommodation block a short distance away from the 'chateau' which meant in the evening we were obliged to walk there through the rain ( umbrellas provided ) have dinner, and return there for breakfast also ( not raining ). The accommodation itself was on the lower ground floor ( floor 5. You go in at floor 3 as the ground at the back drops away ). Standard Novotel room. Well and easily furnished; very comfortable bed, good linen and towels; generous supply of soaps et al, all housed in a beautiful chateau park location ( with cuckoos and birdsong continuously - a fox dashing by the bedroom window. Very bucolic. Lovely :) The meal was quite good - over at the chateau, after we dried ourselves off from the umbrella walk - but however no-one asked how the meal was during the whole time we were there; the orders was taken, the plates were delivered and taken, but no one came back and asked if everything was to our liking, or took the remotest interest. Indeed, my friend had to summon the waiter to asked if the lamb could be cooked further as it was too pink ( not a problem in my book ). Meanwhile however, the staff lavished all their attention on a table of 3 dame-trolls, 2 English, 1 Irish, drunk, noisy and vulgar, who distracted from the enjoyment of our meal and that of others who moved tables away from them. The staff must have checked on them 10 times to see how they were, most especially their drinks, so we seemed to be inconsequential somehow. The breakfast buffet was good, somewhat understaffed, but all in all, what we had hoped for - even fresh apricots! The bad part was that the hotel reception was under redevelopment, which I know must go on someday, but even the staff there had dust masks around their necks. It was pretty dreadful, and the clouds of dust on Saturday morning due to the sanding down of plaster and paintwork was awful. We couldn't get out fast enough. I hope that the work progresses to the hallways below as they looked dated and tired whilst the rooms were quite lovely. However, I enjoyed the accommodation, the beautiful setting, the food was good at both dinner and breakfast, but I feel as though we just slotted into their average day and didn't feel they were really that bothered that we were there or not. So a bit of a mixed bag. I still like Novotel though, and I would nonetheless readily return to this one :)

Dear Friends, it has been my 3rd visit in your hotel and I am very satisfied with the rooms, stuff and breakfast. stuff is very helpful and practical in all terms. Room is very big and comfortable which is not possible to find in Paris with that price offer and having breakfast at room is a real luxury. If you want me to ask more, I would like to have wood tiles instead of carpet but it is just a personal wish actually;). I would continue to book your hotel in the future too and thank you

I’ve been very disappointed by the hotel that could look great but that is falling apart. It felt like that place didn’t have change since the 80s.. anyway I would not recommend this location even though the prices are really cheap.

The grounds of the hotel are very nice. Arriving the staff was very friendly and helpful. The jump in the pool after a day work was refreshing. Dinner at the hotel was nice the castle gives the Parc a special feeling. The breakfast was a little expensive for what you get and the person taking care of the breakfast was not helpful after a simple question and just ignored us.
