« I did not enjoy my stay due to the building work and event at the pool »

Not good. 2 night stay, second night event at pool meant I had to change rooms at 10.30 in order to sleep. reception very unhelpful, asked what time event finished and got laughted at and then maybe 11pm but can't be sure. Building work noisy around 5pm when trying to work. Check in didn't explain breakfast times etc. Also asked for email address to send invoice but actually used it to sign me up to your rewards WITHOUT my consent-have you not heard of gdpr?

Quick check-in Room was clean modern throughout. Dinner quality was good, with plenty of vegetarian options. Bed was comfortable, sleep quality was excellent, the rooms are well sound proofed. Breakfast was good, limited for hot vegetarian (I don't eat eggs). . Quick Checkout Overall, a great stay!

Had been in Novotel several time in past 8 months, seen changes happening slowly and saw the completed Novotel during my last visit, it is refreshingly nice. However, still feel the food is a bit too expensive for the serve.

I would prefer that you go back to a traditional reception desk. Your new reception method is confusing and ridiculous. If the aim is to look more "in" then it's a failure. Maybe you were just looking to save some footprint. Is it really worth? Anyway, the personal was great and the room clean.

I regularly stay at this hotel and have been impressed that the hotel was being refurbished. Room accommodation is as expected. The refurbished restaurant appears nice however the service is very poor. I ate in the bar / restaurant on both nights of my stay. On both occasions I had to wait along time until I was offered a drink, when ordering dinner I wasn't offered any bread and had to ask a number of times to get this. On the first night I ordered a starter and main course. Eventually the starter arrived however I waited over 30 minutes for my main course (salad) to arrive after prompting the staff. Again I was not offered any bread and had to ask for cutlery to be provided. The breakfast experience is poor, the re furbished dining area doesn't work as customers cannot move around the food service area freely due to the queues for coffee etc. I have noticed on my recent stay that breakfast dishes (scrambled egg, bread etc) are not replaced quickly enough so are not available when required. The positioning of plates, glasses etc akes them difficult to access when their are more than a few people in the restaurant. the layout simply doesn't work.

« Overall experience is ok »

The rooms are spacious and ok and quiet so I slept well. I stayed in a room that was not renovated yet and looking forward to stay at a renovated room. I am disappointed that I pay the same price for not renovated room and because there is construction going on to rebuilt the restaurant and the bar. I stay here because it is close to the offices I have to visit, but there is not much to do around the hotel. I do like the breakfast. Enough choice and I can bake my own egg. And I like to open the window in the room and than there is not much noise.

« Renovation of hotel compromised the stay »

I have used this hotel in the past due to its convenience to SAFRAN. It was cold weather and I was unable to add heat to my room, so my room was somewhat cold. Suggestion is to add another blanket cover to room. The kitchen & lobby renovation really compromised the stay and I think the fact that the hotel was under renovation should have been made clear so that I could have potentially chosen another hotel. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the newly renovated rooms were nice.

reception was experimenting with smart phone registration - it worked fine and staff was very friendly and helpful. High scores! Room was acceptable. Dinner made me very sick overnight.

Hello, The resume of my experience at your hotel: I have received a room with a heating system that didn't work. But, this wouldn't have been so bad if the staff at the reception didn't already know about this problem. Although they knew about the problem, they gave me this room. I caught a very bad cold and this affected my work in those days: headaches,high temperature because I stood at 15 degrees in the room. I asked for another room and they walked me in two rooms: one for the disable people, with all sorts of devices for them and another in the basement where it was even colder. I told them I could not stay in these rooms and I gave them the idea of ​​a radiator. They did not even think of this option, they were waiting to stay in the cold. I got a radiator and I kept the room because I did not have another option. The radiator increased the temperature with maximum 2 degrees but nobody cared about. During this time, the luggage, the radiator were carried by ME, on stairs without ANY HELP. The gentelmen at the reception said in French (thinking that I do not understand) that I can handle it by myself. How is it possible to carry, personally, the heater when it was your fault for all the situation????? You are a 2 star hotel, not 4 stars, you take advantage of the very good position near large companies and you do not know how to respect the client. You prices are too high for this kind of service. Poor breakfast, bitter fruits, teas that were consumed but not supplemented, poor choices and the list may continue. I traveled very often in France, with work and personally, I even stayed inother ACCOR hotels, but this experience was the worst and I would not reccomended to anybody. « Older hotel but great breakfast »

- iron and ironing board not available for 2 consecutive days. finally I got a broke iron, but it did its job. - we arrived after the Restaurant was closed and I asked reception for anything to eat - there was abosolutely no food available anywhere in the hotel and I was recommended to walk to McDonnalds... - clean room and facilities, but the furniture is quite old and could be replaced... - great breakfast
