Nice staff, the hotel surroundings are not that glamourous and some bits (corridors, stairs ,wall plasters...) are a bit outdated, but the room was spacious and the bathroom nicely refurbished.

Room assigned alreadu had a guest! Suitcase and clothes in the room. Another room was found. No thermostat for the air conditioning, plaster work in the WC disintegrating, mini fridge disconnected. A shame for an international chain of hotels.

Room was spacious. Mattress was hard and a little uncomfortable. Availability of English speaking channels on the TV was very limited. Lack of AC made the stay uncomfortable although the staff at reception did provide and electric fan upon request.

Room rates are unjustified in front of the state of disarray of the building. Cleanliness is more than questionable, breakfast is barely acceptable. Personnel is very kind and supportive, though.

« Rooms to old »

The "common" areas (restaurant - reception) are very nice, but the rooms are really too old an in desperate need of renovation. There were even black stains on the ceiling, and for me vinyl in a shower is an absolute dealbreaker. Also the breakfast cannot be considered as "state of the art" (eg no vegetables, egg cups missing, toaster was not working...)

« Very nice staff but rooms are showing their age and some things at breakfast are strange. »

Staff is very friendly. Magalie at the front desk was super helpful and and deserves a lot of praise for her professionalism. The breakfast staff is very nice but can you get back to me to let me know how you make the scrambled eggs? They taste strange. Do you use real eggs that you crack open at the hotel kitchen or are you using some sort of pre-made egg mix? Please let me know. Also the coffee tastes very bad. What beans are you using? The coffee quality is terrible. Finally , the syrup for the waffles is the consistency of water. This is very odd. Syrup should be thick not watery. What do you do to make the syrup?

I will share your comments with our team and especially Magali and the breakfast staff that you mentionned. Regarding scrambled eggs, indeed, it is just warmed up in our kitchen. I can assure you that the preparation is made with free range eggs. The coffee is 80% arabica and 20% robusta. It is a "rainforrest alliance certified" coffee that is used in most of AccorHotels hotels. The syrup we buy is from "Maple Joe" mark. The classic red bottle one. You can check their products for more information here: http://www.maplejoe.fr/en/home Those three procducts are really classical ones from our breakfast and I am sorry to read that you didn't appreciate them., You can be sure that I will double check quality to be sure nothing is wrong with them.
