Hotel is nice and service is good. However, the breakfast is poor and limited. Potatoes were discusting, milk soar, ham old and brown, etc. You need much better opeartional and food management.

The used tea bag was left, also the bed lining was torn. I left in a way to be seen, but it was not changed, i had to as reception to change.

Facilities were fine, breakfast was good, but the beds were not great (too hard) and the pillows need to be replaced!

« A pretty average hotel but tired looking »

Stay was as expected. Wouldn’t rate hotel as 4 star as standards were not matching. Initial reception was a poor greeting, no welcome or even a smile Room was very tired, carpet heavily stained, room felt tight, bathroom also tired Breakfast was again pretty average. Lots of ants on the bread and jam/honey counter, hygiene poor Bar again very poor. I asked for a pina colada and the way in which it was made was very much a slap dash approach No ice, who drinks a warm cocktail???? Only good thing was the staff in the breakfast area who were both very pleasant and accommodating

« Needs improvement across the board »

The rooms, windows, carpet, hallway... everything needs to be refreshed. Also, I had asked for my bill in electronic format: 3 days later, after asking 3 times, I am still waiting.

I just stayed for one night. The hotel is not brand new but the rooms were absolutley clean and looked refurbished. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. breakfast is traditionall French - so nothing special. the location is quite away from the city center but for my trip ideal as close to the customer I visited

« Room upon arrival not clean, key-card did not work on the next room (twice) and finally had my room... »

A total disaster, the worst that can happen is that the assigned room appears not to be clean when you enter the room. If then the key card for the next room does not work (after two tries still no success), where I think it is the LOCK and not the CARD, so this should be known to the staff.

« Please, Please, Please its time for a refurb of the bedrooms »

The most important thing with business travel is being able to relax and this is certainly possible. The check in and check out experience is simple, staff accommodating and food of good quality. Only thing that lets it down is the standard of the rooms especially as other local hotels are modernised.

« Disappointed compared to the previous year I stayed at this hotel »

First of all the Novotel Sophia Antipolis stay was good last year but the experience was very bad this year. The air-conditioning was poor! Everyday i woke up sweating. So did all my colleagues who stayed here during the last week. When we complained to the hotel reception they apologized and said there were some tax issues that were unsettles hence the services were poor. Whatever that meant. To top it off, in the last few days my room was infested with forest bugs as I can only assume the cleaners left the windows open while cleaning that allowed these bugs to enter. They had to change my room on the last night. Overall very poor.

Even though the service was very good, I'd appreciate that when the check-out must be very early in the morning (between midnight and 6:00 a.m.) special requests can be accepted (e.g. to change the name of the guest) and implemented.
