we loved the room the wifi the sower and the beds. staff was great and did far more than expected location is super close to geneva airport and around the hotel are great restaurants. the cab that was ordered by the concierge was on time and our overall experience was very good.

The room are very basic and old (especially the restrooms, with plastic basin and shower) The room service menu is extremely limited, and most of the proposed options were not available Breakfast buffet ok, but not top quality

Whilst our room was average (the shower/bath arrangement really needs updating, it’s dirty and old), the bed was comfortable and the separate toilet was great, the “disco” lights that flash on the terrace until midnight make it impossible to have your blinds slightly open to have natural air. The staff at this hotel are so inconsistent. Front of house staff were great but all the bar/restaurant staff, particularly the breakfast staff were deplorable. Breakfast staff were rarely seen, tables were slowly if cleared at all, food was cold at 6am when buffet opened and staff were rude if you managed to find them. We stayed for 3 nights and only ate at the restaurant once. The Pad Thai was a weird mix of olives, loads of carrots cut in a thousand ways, capers, sun dried tomatoes and a small amount of what looked and tasted like instant noodles. Needless to say we didn’t eat there again. We were really disappointed with the hotel.

We had a Pleasant stay. However, one day They forgot to put towels in the room and I had to ask at the reception. The restaurant was very good and Jerome, who stayed at the bar and restaurant was very helpful and kind. He makes a difference there.

I stay in hotels for more than 300 days a year. This stay was probably the worst one to date. A couple of things that can be improved: One of the days, the housekeeping never came. I cleaned up and vacuumed myself. The breakfast area is dirty with carpet very sticky due to spilt juice over a period of time. They could use a carpet shampoo. Internet was not functional for a few days. The hotel lobby has very strong perfume smell and very unclean. The hotel entry area could use a trim of the shrubs. It is not inviting and gives an impression of bad upkeep Breakfast quality is poor I do not intend to ever come back to this property. It was significantly overpriced for what we got.

The hotel was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but it suited our needs. Clean, few minutes drive from the airport car rental. The checkout was at 5am - there was someone waiting for us and all the process took a minute.

« Convenient and restful hotel »

We stayed here before our flight home to Canada and found it to be close to the Geneva airport and a lot cheaper than staying on the Swiss side. The food was good staff service excellent and the room typical of all Novotels we have stayed in clean, comfortable well appointed. Had a good meal in the restaurant overlooking the pool and a free shuttle to the airport the next day. Highly recommend it if you are passing in and out of Geneva airport. Just as an aside if you drive 25 minutes north west of the hotel , you will pass over a fabulous "Col" on the Jura Mountains with a fantastic view of the Alps and Lac Leman.
