« Such an ugly rotten Hotel ...! »

Location is awful, maintenance is horrible... At least repaint the corridors, change the lamps, refurbish the bathrooms. And on top the price is not a gift when you have a brand new R&B hotel facing yours. It's not worthy of Accor or Novotel

Disappointed concerning lunchtime. Whilst lunch was in progress we asked at 1.55pm what time lunch finished to be told 2pm. Lunch did finish at 2.30. We ended up going elsewhere for lunch.

« Not worth 4 stars, nor worth the price! »

The keys didn't work, 4 nights on a Row we had to go Downstairs to get a new key and each night we had to walk down do several times as the replacement key never worked and hence we had to try again and again until the person at the reception would come. Waste of time and energy. we kept being told it would be fixed but it never happened. Hotel room unimpressive , old , no special design. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the pool area.

« It was a great experience of hospitality for me and my family in Marseille Novotel. »

I have booked the room in IBIS next to Novotel but could not check in as I reached at 1:30 in morning. The reception staff in Novotel helped me to reach the IBIS manager but could not succeed. Finally they provided me the room in Novotel for us to stay. The charges were nominal and the manager offered us complementary breakfast. I have all words of appreciation to the Manager incharge and the person in reception on 1st early morning at 2:00 A.M. You will win the hear to customers with these kind of staff.

The hotel was located close to the motorway. it was nice and clean. The swimming pool was being refurbished so it was close. The hotel is about 15 minutes from main town centre. We did not enjoy Marseilles as a city. Its ok for a stop over but otherwise please avoid it. The hotels was fine and we enjoyed staying in the hotel. The kids got Easter eggs and some toys. Welcome drink were fine.

« Friendly, professional and my dog, received top dog treatment. »

My three days with you, after full days of research, were relaxing and my dog, Mike, joined me for dinner each evening in the restaurant and once in my room and our meals were delicious. His fresh pasta mixed with loads of chopped beef. As we had many hundreds of miles of travelling in my car, I wished to ensure when we were in the hotel I could see he was a happy dog. All the staff made a great fuss of him so I felt so much more comfortable. Thank you all, chef and general staff, very much.

« A good stay. »

A family of four of us, two adults and two teens stayed in a family room for three nights. Overall a good stay. The hotel is well situated for train travel in to Marseille – other than returning Sunday evening! An adequate number of things to do around the hotel, with the pool, tennis, table tennis, boules and the bar (which is a little overpriced). The room was reasonable, a little tiered but clean although the replacement of cups and towels over the three days was variable. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but used it for breakfast which was very good – range of fruit, breads, jams, tea/coffee, cooked sausage, bacon, fresh fried eggs but avoid the scrambled eggs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good value for money

As written above. The hotel is filthy. This is not a four star hotel. I have the impresion that the hotel has no kitchen. Our supper was half cold - warmed up in the micro wave owen but not enough. It is a pitty because the position is excellent and the staff is Ok.
