After a long day driving through France, we were really happy with the facilities at the hotel. The Swimming pool is lovely, the restaurant is a very good quality and overall the staff very helpful. We use this as a half way point when driving from London to the South of France. The pool is lovely and the dining room benefits being outside with a tasty menu . The best welcome at the hotel from the wonderful Ayoub on reception. Well worth a stay if you need a 1 night stop

« Overall ok-ish experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. »

As reported to the reception on the day of check-out, we we overall fine with our stay. However, we were shocked to find a pill (for medical purposes we assume) on the floor of the room, somewhere under the bed. Since we have two young children, this is a very dangerous situation. Luckily we, the parents, found the pill before the children did!

I like Novotel, I like knowing what I can expect, it is clean, well kept, comfortable etc. But it is a real shame when you arrive very late, having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and there are only towels in the room for 2 people. Just really not good at all. Too late at night to ask for more. Breakfast content is good but utter chaos.
