The room was clean and comfortable. The couch was only turned into a bed, which took a lot of space in my room and wasn't really necessary. Also the service in the restaurant can be improved. I had to wait a long time before I was served and orders for drinks were forgotten a few times.

The Hotel is conveniently located close to Brussels International Airport, clean, quite rooms, and supportive staff. Check inn was very quick. The Shuttle services provided to the Airport was very helpful to ketch up with our early morning flight. Keep it up!

Not up to Novotel standards in my opinion. No assistance with luggage (we were moving back to Canada after 1.5 years working in Thailand and Belgium so had 3 large suitcases. Had to move from front door to room and upon leaving across the road to a bus stop??? Shared bus service with Crown Plaza. No luggage trolleys at airport drop off point and had to go look for those.

Overall pleasant, good three nights stay. Front desk staff are especially nice, friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus services were on time and convenient. Only regret was the odor from the bathroom sink. I believe the cleaners need to be instructed and be given proper tools then the problem will be solved easily.

Very poor hotel service. There was no room service for any small request, such as I needed some toiletries and socket as I did not have one which worked in Brussels and the reception could not even come to the room to give that, I had to personally go down after an already tiring day. Furthermore, the shuttle bus from the airport arrived 40 mins later than the written time and there were no indications on the bus that whether this was from Novotel. I had to personally ask about 10 different bus before stumbling across the Novotel Shuttle. Overall, this was a terrible experience and would not recommend this Brussels branch to anyone.

I missed my connection from Entebbe to Munich. A terrible experience but once at the Novatel Airport Hotel in Brussels I was able to unwind and I had a wonderful nights sleep.

Room had separate toilet from the bathroom and extra door separating "hallway" with access to toilet and bedroom with en-suite bathroom... Breakfast options limited though reasonable, with high-light of fresh orange juice. There were only very soft pillows together with a firm mattress, not an ideal combination.

Hi everyone! I would like to share with you for some keys moments about my stay in the Novotel Brussels Airport. Testy breakfast, good and equipped with all the most necessary room. In general, everything is ok. Sometimes forgot to bring water to the room. Also for two weeks i had to use very scary, dirty and old iron. I was very afraid for my clothes. A big request to the management to replace them.
