« Great location at a great price »

I really like the hotel, it's new, and the the price is very good. The only things that are NOT fantastic is the room size (although the furniture in my room this time was much better than in the past, where the furniture was too big for the room) and the gym which is very tight if you want to do more than use the machines. The food in the mornings was just OK (the pao de queijo and croissants were not fresh), but the evening restaurant food was good (so were the drinks).

« Smooth Stay, Helpful Front Desk »

It was indeed a great experience-not only cozy, neat room, inviting lobby and patio, but also helpful people. I actually left my cellphone on a TAXI. A lady from the front desk made calls and magically recovered my phone in an hour. I truly feel grateful.

« Good, but can be better »

The shower was really weak. The water flow looked like the hotel was saving water for the future. The room keys made me come back twice to get one that would work. There is also a suggestion about the gym, which is keep an eye on maintenance. Some of the equipment is broken.

« Comfortable and quiet place in Morumbi. »

We really liked it here. Our family of four was happy. It was clean and quiet too. Just two suggestions: Maybe add more music so the same song doesn't play over and over throughout the pool area and lobby. It became a bit much. Also, maybe the bacon and eggs could be kept warm. Fridge was very noisy, had to disconnect it to be able to sleep. There was a short circuit in the room during the last night, lights were out the next morning.
