Fantastic with a fridge the best ever. Beds clean and comfy. There was nothing not to like. Reception was attentive and helpful. Didn't want to leave. wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms have been updated since we were last there and the bathrooms were amazing

Very quiet, with only trees and grass visible from our window at the end of the building Room was spacious, bed comfortable, shower large and efficient. Excellent meal in the restaurant, and the staff were, as always, very helpful.

The rooms were amazing. The beds so comfy. The shower so powerful. The staff so helpful. They accommodated our needs really well and helped when we had a medical problem. The only downside was the price of food and drink.

Overall very good service from start to finish. Check in was speedy. Facilities were very good. Breakfast was also very good as well. Good hotel to stay at if you have a dog. Check out was also very speedy.

« My stay 30/06/18 not good! »

On arrival had to ask reception for some bottled water, nil in fridge. Return visit to reception within 10 mins for a remote control for the telly!! The room had clearly not been prepared properly as we had no tissues or coffee. I have stayed at this location many times but the standards were very low as these are are basic room requirements, especially having paid £50 + due to the demand. Novotel please get your act together.

« Keept awake at the green light »

Everything was fine apart from the little green light by the door . No idea what it was for or why it was on. The curtains were not black out enough either. So i had a very disturbed nights sleep. As the room was far too bright. All other facilities of the hotel were perfect

« Satisfactory stay. »

Room layout, and facilities good. Only 2 issues, Gap under entrance door allowing alot of light into room when trying to sleep aswell as a green emergency exit light on. Plus the a fan connected to the air con came on during the night even when it was switched off. Not the best nights sleep unfortunately.

Restaurant closed for a large party, then chef had gone home at 9pm , 1 hour too early. Insufficient shower gel and shampoo in room. £5 room service charge to platinum member!!!!

« Nothing overly exceptional but nothing really bad »

All in all the stay was ok. The rooms were good and the pillows were excellent - those soft/hard pillows were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good for what it was. However, unbelievably there was no menus and I was waiting over ten minutes for one!!. It want even busy - four tables, two of which had already ordered - I can't believe that you only had four menus and then not even bothering to find one. So that wasn't a great start to the meal but it didn't impact on the food or the service, which was good.
