« after 2 weeeks money for deposit not released »

Upon arrival, I have made the deposit with one credit card and ended up paying with another one. 2 weeks after you have not released the deposit - despite being assured that it was done. Even though the stay at the hotel was ok, the fact that I needed to contact your personal to release the deposit is rather unsatisfactory since the reception assured me on occasions that deposit will be released after the stay.

Had booked a room with 3 single beds but room had only 1 double so we had to share. A bath would have been nice but otherwise a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to others.

I woke up because room were freezing. It is middle of the winter and I found out that the thermostate of the radiator were turned to zero and the fresh air ventilator over the window were fully open. It was quite irritating to start solving the issue in the middle of the night.

- Small room as for Executive room - Nespresso machine was not working. - No coffee cups in the room...??? - No shoe polish equipment. - WiFi password was not provide during check-in. - Booked Queen bed, were placed in two single beds. I stayed at the hotel last week, during my visit to the ISE show at RAI. I had booked 2 rooms and made sure to get the newly renovated rooms with the 55 inch tv's and queen sized beds, as this would be my third time staying at the hotel. When we arrived, we were given the standard room on the 14th floor, it seemed like a double bed and a small Philips tv. So not the newly renovated room that we had paid for. Also, work commenced next to my room with drilling and hammer noise at around 7:10am. I understand that the hotel is going through some renovations, but this time is far too early for work to start. I would expect such noisey work to start after 9am, at the earliest. So my well earned extra rest in bed was ruined. For an expensive stay, i expected more. My previous 2 visits, again during the ISE show, have been great. However, this stay was very poor.
