The actual stay was fine, but it took me 15 mins of waiting to get a Token to leave the car park. Extra staff needed for check out in the morning please.

We come to this Novotel for years. The people are always very nice, the room nicely prepared for the kids. We were surprised to have to pay 5€ for the parking. Why isn't it included in the night price? The breakfast is always very nice. The bar also, although the prices are too high.

« The showering seat in the handicapped room broke loose and I had a bad fall »

Food and service OK. The problem described above demanded extra expenses reducing the fun. The ompensation did not cover my costs.

« Comfortable stay »

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All amenities were easily accessible and the breakfast had a nice variety. I only have one comment, the room was clean, yes, but in my mini fridge there were 2 water bottles and one of the two was already opened and someone had taken a drink from it and put it back - not very hygienic and a little off-putting. The rest was good though!

Staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel and room must pass heavy maintenance. Room was not clean. And check out take 30 minutes because only one very nice lady was in reservation

Old style Novotel rooms, requested room on the quiet side of the hotel and got room facing Graaf Engelbertlaan (wondering why to leave requests...). Breakfast standard, no real specific food offered. Large car park (charged). At wlaking distance from Breda downtown.

« One Night Stay »

This hotel is convenient as its near the motorway network but there are no amenities around it unless you go into Breda centre which is lovely. The hotel is nice bit the rooms are a bit dated and we were in a family room for 4 people with 2 children but it was fairly "cosy". Our room was not ready on arrival it was an hour late but the staff did point us in the direction of the pool and bar area which are very good but did not come to tell us when the room was ready we had to go an ask which was slightly disappointing. It also costs 5 euros to park overnight which came as small surprise but that is a minor thing. Overall it was a reasonable stay.
