We had a great time with you! Only two minor issues could be considered for improvement: a better direct trail /track to the Malta lake and a safe/ deposit box in (at least) the superior rooms (even if I acknowledge that we had access to a box in the reception)

Staff were very friendly. Location was good . Food was very limited and I plugged in my hair straightener and almost got electrocuted so we had to move rooms . There was no warning in regards to plugging specific appliances in.

Room was clean but smelly. Unpleasant smell from the sink, don't know if it was just room, or maybe the entire hotel got problem with sewers Paper cups are not eco as hotel is suggesting - eco would be providing regular ceramic cups. Producing more rubbish is definitely not eco friendly.

People working at the hotel makes you feel like home, extremely polite, kind and generous. Hotel is located next to beautiful park so peaceful and quiet. Very tasty food, plenty choice for breakfast. Great choice at the bar too. Recommend!!!

« I just love staying in Novotel Malta »

Start from the beginning:checking in is always smooth and easy. Receptionists are very polite and professional. Always happy to help. Rooms always perfectly clean and smells lovely:) Service people are very kind and always smiling (especially Mrs Basia if I correctly remember the name) This is kind of place you want to stay and feel so welcome. Hotel is located next to the forest away from busy city - makes my stay very peaceful and relaxing. But also is very easy access to go to centre by trains. Breakfasts and dinners are like at my mama house:) just delicious- plenty of choice. Fully recommend!!

I liked my stay in the hotel but why do they use paper cups for tea/coffee. I think it would be better to have proper cups in the room. They forgotten to clean our room one day but when i went down to reception desk the guy there was very helpfull.

Good hotel. Reception great at answering questions. F&B service non existent. No greeting and people just avoided you. Good food though. Music at check out really ruined my stay. What is that ? Even though reception were nice, at check in did not give any info. I had to ask myself.

« Very disapointing »

The room 218 not cleaned properly , night tables dirty with round circles from drinks . Curtains falling down when closing , mini bar empty no drinks at all . The room 220 completely hot , air conditioning blockers not working , front desk sent one person impossible to fix he said till Monday . They propose another room , 265 smelling cigarette and alchohol impossible to sleep there . No solution to our problem . Plenty of noise in the roof, terrace, corridors in the late evening and early morning. .They offer breakfast for the inconvenience but we had it already included. Will never recommend this hotel .

We spent our Easter break at the hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Reception and cleaning staff were always very helpful and friendly. Varied selection of food for breakfast. In addition residents were able to obtain discount vouchers for use at the adjacent waterpark/pool-Termy Maltanskie. ZOO is 25 minutes walk away. Serviced by a variety of fast food delivery services.

The hotel is located quite far from the central part of the city. All restaurants in this area are open only till 21:30 so if you arrived late you will have the only one chose - the restaurant of the Novotel. The hotel itself is a bit used and shabby. There was the smell of the moisture in my room, the bedsheet, towels and other linens were clean but too much used and not wite but with gray nuance color. The hotel has only one elevator. Personal was polite and welcoming.
