« Uncomfortable beds and a lot of noise »

Mattresses in beds are too soft, very uncomfortable. It is also not a good idea to put families with children in a so called family rooms with windows facing garden where there is a party with different playing very loud music, and also to place in the rooms next to family rooms very noisy people from a conference which are drinking and making a lot of noise in the rooms until 2/3 am

I have stayed almost 2 weeks in the hotel the last month. In general the hotel is OK, but could be done better : - stop using disposable in the rooms. It is not good for our planet, and I really do not need a new soap every day - food in Cafe is very bad - please take away the plastic sheets in the bed, it gives a bad and very warm & sweaty sleeping experience - nespresso machine broken in room, can't make coffee Your staff is very friendly and nice!

I am a very frequent guest of Novotel Airport (since couple of years) and noticed that there are several things which are not improving but rather go the wrong direction. Among them are: 1. Hotel become extremely noisy - there are many large groups of young people (and I am still in the early 40s ;-) ) that are running around the place in the evening and make a lot of noise/confusion so that sometimes it is even difficult to talk in the bar 2. Music in the bar/music in the restaurant - do we really need that laud music after the whole day when all you need is to have time to relax/rest 3. Restaurant - live cooking during brakefast. I can understand the idea but the restaurant smells/stinks with fat from live cooking. It is really not the best experience and I know it from other frequent guests that they have same observation. I try to be at the breakfast by 7AM in order to avoid live cooking 4. Menu in the bar - not really for the people who would like to avoid tons of fat... One salad with few slices of chicken at the price of almost 10EUR is ridiculous when you weight quality vs what you pay for.. 5. GYM - outdated without basic equipment and weights I highly appreciate the quality of the reception and restaurant staff - this is best experience I have with the hotel. The rest however as mentioned about needs a solid improvement.

Regarding live music in the bar, we are always trying to provide some nice experience for our Guest, to make their stay will be memorable and pleasant. During summer, live music show usually is taking place in the garden but unfortunately sometimes weather will not let us to do it. About live cooking, we want to make sure, that our Guests will be fully satisfied with the breakfast (as it is the most important meal of the day :)). We do not have the possibility for all the dishes we prepare on live cooking to put on the buffet. We are also working on reducing the smells. Referring to the last point about the gym, we will share it with our management. Thank you again for sharing your remarks. It is our great hope that in the nearest future you will visit us again. The biggest issue with the stay was that being an airport hotel, you would expect a pick-up service to include all incoming flights. My flight was scheduled to land at 23:15, it landed 10 minutes early at 23:05, I was outside the airport at 23:25 and when calling the hotel to ask for a pick-up, I was told, "the last shuttle of the day left 10 minutes ago". What is the point of having a timetabled shuttle service that does not include all flights? For a Novotel, very surprising and disappointing. More so considering I made the online check-in, I stated my flight details - expecting if there was an issue for the hotel to contact myself - this did not happen. As a minor issue, the invoice was not sent by email as requested and I took full use of the fast check out service - I will be emailing the hotel to ask for this.

It's a nice hotel, rooms are at a good standard and very cleans. I use this hotel sometimes and normally i enjoy my stay. I only remark until now were only the breakfast. I think that to keep the standard of the rest of the hotel they could offer a better an various offer of breakfast. But this my stay started with a customer service at the check desk that it's hard to believe! I don't go extend to long in details because i think that this situation it's to sad to put it in words! I have been trated agressivly and with a rudness hard to descrive.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable. Keeping it eco friendly is a good idea. Bathroom needs a waste basket. The shower needs a bigger glass or a curtain, otherwise water splatters around the floor (with a normal use) and the pretty wood covering it, is not going to last long. The gel bottle and it’s mounting - need instructions on how to use it, as it is not typical or self explanatory. Lastly, it would be helpful if the reception staff would answer the phone calls form the room. After four unsuccessful attempts, I used my cell phone, (calling via US), to get through. The staff member who finally answered (and got informed about the calling situation,) however forget a little detail: “I’m sorry for your inconvenience”.... All in all, the hotel has a great potential, and with appropriate attention to the feedback, could be a wonderful place to stay at. Hope my sharing is helpful.

The service needs improvement: 1. The driver at the shuttle bus was not even said hello, in fact any words was pronounced. He was not helping with the luggage to any of the guests, only watching videos in his mobile. 2. The service at the restaurant was also not good, I had to stand up and search for the menu and it took me some time to order because no one was approaching the table, even though the place was not full. When I was paying the person at the bar table trow my credit card on top of some papers because of course no one was coming to my table with the check. The room and other facilities of the hotel are good, but I highly recommend to improve the service.

Our concerns about this hotel are: Some employees at Novotel are friendly, others are not. The front doors to the outside are not easy to egress with luggage. The outside sidewalk and parking lot surfaces are uneven, making it difficult to move luggages over them. The elevator is too narrow and short to easily hold luggage carts. The hotel and its environs are noisy. Overall this hotel is slightly above average.
