Room spacious & well equipped, comfortable bed. Big pool, very clean. Gym has all standard basics. Convenient location. 20 STARS: All staff, from reception to housekeeping, bellhops, & restaurant staff, were the friendliest, most charming people you’ll ever meet. The first thing you see is a smile! Made the stay extra special. Minus one star for breakfast buffet. Barely rates a ‘so-so’: limited choices & missing some basics, not well maintained (dishes cold & not refilled); whole thing far below the standard of this otherwise excellent hotel. Overall wonderful stay and I do recommend this hotel

For my business trip the two things matter to me is breakfast and clean room. I’m satisfied with the food provided and the service at the restaurant. However I found out my bedsheet is not been replaced for almost two weeks during my staying. Bathroom detail on the cleaning can be improved. Thanks.

I came back home to Solo for a short visit because I had to attend my sister's funeral. My wife booked a room at Novotel since it is located in the middle of the city. It was a late check in for I was busy to meet people and arrange the funeral itself. The welcoming drink was very fresh and it helped me out get rid out my fatigue. Once I opened the door to room 515, it was fabulous, the room was well-kept and cool. It's ready to embrace me in. Though it was a short stay, it was unforgetable moment. Thank you for making my stay wonderful. It's highly recommended hotel in Solo.

Friendly welcome from the front office people, very nice. Need to improve the quality of housekeeping team. Forgetting to leave clean towel, not cleaning the hairs from previous guests on floor drain trap, overseeing very dirty floor corners were on the list.
