I am amazed that someone that stays at your Presidential Suite can’t get anything special, worse I get nickeled and dimmed at breakfast because I am with someone, when I clearly stated at check in that my breakfast will be for 2. Ndongo is the best you have when it comes to service.

Great customer service at all level, from reception, restaurant to room service. Caring & dedicated staff. Only sad thing is that I understood that surplus food at the buffets is thrown away, considering the poor people that could have fed (food for thought for the management team)

no hot water for two days dont go to breakfast at the opening time of the restaurant (6.30 am) it is is fact the beginning of the installation of the breakfast dont ask an orange juice without pips because 1 the orange carafe is full of them anD 2 if you asked at the bar an fresh orange juIce without pips it took 25 mn to get it and the waitress in complaining because it gives her extra work (what extra work dont know) and finally do not use the laundry bag in your room to stock you dirty clothes because services is picking the bag event if you dont asked without leaving you any messages service is globally a nightmare

Fantastic team , warm welcome, feel at home, Excellent location and clean rooms. Big pool . We were really taken care of by all the smiling teams. A bit far from the airport and lots of trafic so be careful with the timing.
