All services were great as usual, apart from the late notification that the parking lot would be closed. As a result, we had to park in an external car park, which was not helpful when it rained.

The people and service was outstanding, general areas felt modern, however rooms was run down and old. Room was definitely not at five star standard. Reason for booking this hotel was for parking which was unavailable and ended up paying 85eur. A little disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy hotel in the center of Strasbourg. The staff was welcoming, we got very useful advice from Gregory, the concierge, who booked boat trips and a great restaurant for us, and the breakfast was delicious (and varied!)
