Loved the corner room until early morning, when it was still dark, when loud noise below our windows started. One of the vehicles generating noise was the gas delivery truck. For the comfort of your guests it would be much better if service vehicles arrived after 7am!

My stay this time was ok. Normally I get upgraded to the newer rooms but not this time. Shower was hot but curtain did not go all the round the tub..... Dinner was nice and tasty.

We were a little disappointed. It has been one of the most expensive places we have stayed on our trip out to Ayers Rock and the facilities were a little dated for the price. Parking was quite a way from the room and the most disappointing thing was room . Service. We waited over 1 1/2 hours for our meals, 2 simple kids meals and 2 adult meals. We rang twice to ask how long.

This hotel is far to good to be rated a 'Styles' It is not tired as many are but bright ,spacious , very clean and central.. The staff are aware of the fact you have choices and go out of their way to accomodate you. Rates for this Style are stupidly excessive. My rate included b/fast but was told only continental which is norm for Styles. Actually I was there on the day they commenced cooked b/fast and was charged additional $10. It did not on special rate indicate that only included cont/bfst. Thank you.

Room had window without lock. Asked to be moved and was moved to second floor (not yet refurbished so very tired). Staff very helpful. Good bed. Dripping tap in bath. No gym. Restaurant is average.
