The rooms were fine, bed was fine, no issues. I have never been to Mt Isa before so I wasn't sure what to expect etc. The room was neat and tidy and contained all you need etc. The hotel is slightly dated, but it isn't Brisbane or the Gold Coast so its not that cliental

« Rooms a little old and tired but the staff are excellent »

I stay at this hotel and many other Accor hotels and always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem. In particular Maree at Mt Isa is always smiling and laughing which makes the stay a little more homely due to her sense of humor and great attitude towards her work and her customers. Hotels can be lonely places but I always feel at home in Mt Isa largely due to the wonderful staff and excellent service.

Hi, Stay was great generally, only issue was power sockets, there were no accessible sockets, the sockets near the bed and under the desk were extremely hard to access and some of them impossible for an iphone charger to apple computer to fit (as these have long plugs). I had to charge my phone in the bathroom which was an issue as I had to get up early and didn't sleep as I was worrying I would'nt hear the alarm. Could charge my computer or my camera batteries. So as a filmmaker it was problematic for me in that way.

I always stay at Ibis Styles in Mount Isa and this visit, as ever, delivered the perfect stay that I have come to expect. Staff are always so very helpful and accommodating and it was particularly appreciated this time as, with following the RFDS plane from yhe property to Mt Isa and then requiring hospital visits etc, my needs changed throughout the stay. Staff are always really great, they make you feel like you are returning to happy familiar place. Rooms are clean. I am always worried if I can or can't drink the water, it would be good to have a notice in the room about this, and if boiling is required, then at least a bottle of water to drink included in the room price would be great.

I was greeted very well on my arrival and was on an Accor free night booking. I needed a late checkout and was given this without a problem and it was much appreciated as i had a late flight out the room was comfortable and well appointed. Was disappointed that the restaurant was closed Thank you
