The hotel was a great and magnificent hotel , but today , a retrofit will be nice . The bathroom needs maintenance, the conditioned air too , and don’t warm. Was very cold .

The hotel was welcoming but a large part of the hotel was being refurbished so there were almost no other guests. the rooms are larger than usual but the bathrooms are tired and need updating as does the furniture in the bedrooms. Breakfast is good and bed comfortable. Location is not so good but we knew that. I was there for one night

« Stepping into old European ambience »

Overall experience for a business travel is OK. Even when Hotel is by a highway, there was not much noise in room -but my room was on the 15th. Floor-. Definitely not fond of the old European/70's decor through out hotel and in rooms It came across as outdated and shabby. However the hotel was always clean. All personnel encountered were attentive and polite. I enjoyed starting each morning with a good breakfast buffet. The boulangerie had great products.

Spacious rooms but housekeeping not very consistent as there were days were garbage were not removed and floor not cleaned . Also in pre arrival correspondence lack of flexibility from F.O. staff ("We won’t have room available with one kingsize bed and view to change your reservation"), during stay lack of knowledge of English in various departments made it hard. Missing bathrobes or destroeyd plugs in rooms definately should be taken under consideration. Gym staff not attentive at all

I was a little disappointed with the hotel in general: it needs an urgent remodel. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, need to be updated. However, my true disappointment came in terms of housekeeping and room cleanliness. They don’t fully make the bed each morning, they don’t take away used glasses, the floor leaves your feet dirty, and they take away your towels but don’t replace them for new ones. There is a general lack of effort. I called guest services because one of the phones in the room was broken, and it was never fixed. The location is nice, the staff is attentive and they have a good buffet breakfast. These may be the qualities that save the hotel experience from being terrible.

« I am making it work. »

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. I have gotten used to its quirks like a really small bath tub and really cold pool and made them work for me. The room and bed were very nice. I am not sure I got the suite I had requested but I liked the larger bed. The bed was great and the sheets were really nice. I am still not sure if breakfast was included in my rate or not. When I checked in I made sure that it was included, but when I checked out they told me it was not and I had been charged a specail cheaper rate as part of my stay. Service was good. The hotel was crowded and it did take a date to get a working adapter for my plugs.

I visited your city for a business meeting. Your staff was helpful and courteous, and most people spoke at least a little english, which was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The condition of the room was very good. I did have neighbors who were loud, which disturbed me on my first evening. I don't know whether they were especially loud or whether the soundproofing of the room was inadequate. Generally, I enjoyed my stay and if I return to Sao Paolo, I would book a reservation at your hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the park. The reception staff has barely english knowledge. The room is large and decorated in an old style. It could have been cleaner. The rooms are extremely noisy. There is no coffee maker and no bottle of water in the room. The breakfast is good. Gym is also in good condition. The staff is friendly. The pre-organization of an airport transfer was catastrophic - due to the lack of English knowledge there were massive problems to organize a transfer. Several emails were necessary, where credit card details were completely requested via email (what about security issues?). A 20-minute call was simply terminated due to a lack of English understanding of the reception.
