Convenient location but shabby

This was out 2nd overnight stay en route to the mountains, however we felt that the hotel was now very tired, shabby and not very clean this year. We found that the staff were not very welcoming and the restaurant menu after a long drive was very limited with no vegetarian options available for four out of our group of six who had to wander the locality in a fruitless search for vegetarian food!

Please note, however, that our restaurant offers vegetable soup as well as a Caesar salad from which the chicken can easily be removed on request. We also offer cheese boards as well as vegetable tagines. Do not hesitate to contact us before your arrival to ensure the dishes on offer, this will save you from wandering around the locality for fruitless searches. We can also suggest the best restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel if ours still doesn't suit you. We renew our apologies regarding the welcome as well as the cleanliness of common areas. After verifications, we have noted that you have stayed in one of our old rooms, others, renovated, are available, do not hesitate to request them from our receptionists. Sincerely, The reception.
