We stay every year en route to the south of France. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the most comfy bed and every facility we needed.

The IBIS Chatellerault is conveniently located off the A10. The staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant. Attached to a good restaurant (Chez Julien). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast more than adequate with usual IBIS range of food and drink items.

Good overnight stop. Good room large comfortable bed. Good access for wheelchair users. Good disabled shower facility though shower seat a little too small. Fairly adequate breakfast but not wonderful for extra cost. Liked extra pillows.

Once again we were happy staying here. A nice welcome, comfortable room, comprehensive breakfast and adjoining restaurant all making for a pleasant stay. A little surprised not to have a couple of beakers in the bathroom, but these were soon provided after a call to reception. Hope this was a mistake and not a cost cutting development!!

« The meal at the restaurant was the worst we have EVER had in France. »

My husband's moules were not cooked. So he sent them back and they did replace it with a free carbonara. Anyone can cook moules, not a difficult dish! He ordered another 1664, but the new one came our sans alcohol. I ordered pork ribs but it was mostly fat. So we have decided never to eat at an IBIS in France again. The quality is not very good.

« pretty good »

teh breakfast is more than correct. the welcoming is nice . maybe a little warmer atmosphere in teh bedrooms would be nice but otherwise great place for Ibis. ..and if you like running you have the forest m from the hotel, and they have a fanatstic chocolate Labrador who is so friendly !

Hotel stay was fine with comfortable bed and good breakfast following morning. Unfortunately I contracted food poisoning from eating oysters at “Chez Julien” and was ill for one week.

This Hotel ticked all the Boxes for me. It was in the right location for my travel plans. The added bonus of having a Restaurant attached saved looking for somewhere to eat Dinner and the menu was to all tastes. The Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choice

The room is small but bed comfortable. We had only warm water at 5.00 however very hot in morning, possibly due to demand? The toilet plunger was broken but still worked. We were so tired we did not ask for problems to be sorted. We ate 8n restaurant next doir, it was not goid this tine.
