For the past years the service has declined 1- my room was cleaned at 4 30 pm Then the day I was leaving they knocked my door at 1130’am 2- I asked for a bottle of house water I was asked to go the fountain or to buy a bottle from the bar 3- I purchased the gold status thru couldn’t honored my discount at the restaurant The same things happened at the Novotel next where I went to a meeting Everyone seems in rush no sense of discipline

Great location near several modes of transportation. Nice friendly staff. Would be improved by having coffee making facilities in the room.....and room cards kept demagnetising. But other than that it was fab, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staying with ibis was good. The breakfast was lovely (although my friend is vegan and there was so options for her apart from some sad looking fruit). Can’t complain about the maids and their cleaning services. One thing I did find weird/a bit unsettling was that there wasn’t a smoke alarm in the room! Oh and when researching the hotel we were led to believe we were quite near main Paris and/or public transport but the nearest metro was a good 15 min walk away.

« Loss of standards »

Paying attention to certain details and even without this it is not difficult to see that your hotel lost considerably standards, specialy the furniture and food. To point out: - extremely dirty carpets, full of stains at the lobby area - stained seats around the lobby's bar area - very used seats with holes at the restaurant - dirty black corners in the shower - dry fish on the buffet, overcooked food items... - when going to my room using the staircase I have seen a cockroach - but I'm not getting into this! P.S. perhaps you would like to change the uniform to your staff members that look like not lacking on food. I will be definitely not back in this hotel, till it gets re-furbished. For the prices cheaper I can stay in B&B hotels that are cleaner instead.

The room is good, I missed a fridge and a little more lighting. What made me unhappy and which made me wonder if I would return to the hotel or recommend it to anyone was the treatment I had of an employee on approximately 7/19/2019 at 11pm, where I was arriving exhausted from central Paris after visiting the eiffel tower, and enter the hotel the second door just doesn't open. The employee in question didn't try to explain anything to me, just asked me if I couldn't read! I was amazed by this attitude, I spent the rest of the night outraged by the attitude. I never wanted to look in the face of the employee in question, but unfortunately at my checkout on 21/07/2019 at about 7 am I was attended by him. I think the attitude of this employee does not match what ibis represents worldwide, it was my first unpleasant experience in an ibis hotel. I hope some action is taken and that this employee who may not like your work will not offend someone else!

« Quite a dissapointment »

The hotel was clean but the air conditioning was never working. For getting the room to cool down, it was easier to open the window than using the AC. The staff was nice, they changed the room when requested, but also the new room had the same issue (we were also informed that our original room had been having problems with the AC, it made us wonder why would they assign a room with this problem then). Nowhere in the hotel description said that the room was far from the metro stations. If we wanted to walk through Paris at night, we had to check where was the closest routes to get there, and it usually meant walking 15 mins in the middle of the night. This was really awful. There were cheaper hotels with better transport connections.

A comfortable location for Ruassy Airport by RER Gentilly, which has a lift and 10-15 min to walk along Bul. Perepheric. 20 min walking to metro Porte de Italy which has no lift. The nearest transport stop - T3. The room had all basic amentities, AC in fact has no individual regulation but worked good. A good basic breakfast. The staff was OK and check-in was before 12.00

The shower recess was very slippery and there are no handles, being elderly both of us were not impressed , some stick on non slip dots would help and of course handrails. We also found the room to improperly cleaned and unfinished, the bathroom had mould on the wall and the floor in the main room did not extend to the wall not to mention the dings and scratches throughout . The staff were most helpful , but I cannot understand why the Ibis Styles Heathrow is better and breakfast is included, having said all that I will still choose Ibis if it is available. Very dissapointed, the high price charged don't match with quality of the property. I was given a room for disabled and there were not facilities at all. The bed was very small and didn't have clean sheets. The facilities were awful.

The only problem was with my credit card which i didn't have with me (I had paid for my stay long before my arrive to Paris). I know you face with lot's of stolen credit card, but you could at least inform via e-mail that credit card is required at the check-in. I always choose Ibis hotels while traveling around the world and it was the first time I had to show it.

Price for this Ibis compared very favourably to an Air b&b. Location was ideal as on the main metro line between CDG and Gare du Nord. From arrival all the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are basic but well equipped, comfy and clean. Would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel.

Had all the basics met, but some of the basics could have been better. Outlets didn't work in my room and first, had to call and go down to the front desk since 15 mins had past. The male desk worker was nice and helped after I went there and said he thought he fixed it but didn't followup to verify. Tgen when I bring up the 15 minute happiness garauntee that's in the book and a paper next to the bed, I'm told that is not a thing anymore. Finally at the bar one night the elder bartender was seemingly too busy and I had to be more direct in asking for assistance. Another female customer was not successful in getting him to help her and she had mentioned to me how unhappy that guy seemed.
