I would say it was the usual. The room a bit dingy which also appears to be normal for this level of hotel in Paris. Check-in, check-out quite smooth. Breakfast a bit chaotic but the madeleines are really nice. And the Courtepaille meal was decent.

Was great, we just really needed a place to sleep as we were out and about in the city every moment possible. We did spend one day, mid day, in the room and AC seemed to turn off during that period, that wasn't so fun. The cleaning staff were great, they did a great job every day for us.

Pay your own way for locker storage to leave your bags, accommodating and friendly staff. The air-con could be improved slightly their Wi-Fi and location is great (10 min walk to train stations) but overall would 100% recommend and come back.

When We arrived with my disabled mum (she is on clutches), the hotel was packed with a large group of tourists, perhaps 50...all waiting and queuing up in the hall. Outisde temperature was 42 degrees celsius...and atmosphere was electric .it took us some time to get our keys....also at the same time, An eldrely chinese tourist was shocked to have lost his bag and one of your staff (Russian accent) scolded him for losing the bag. Strange impression! The poor guy was holding his head in this hands. Yet she was raising the voice and to be honest- it stressed me out and so my 85 years old mum. Room was ok, quiet, but reception level of the staff must be improved. Train them!

No room amenities at all...AC was not working...despite requesting for the technician, it was neither fixed nor anyone came. There was no kettle in the room to make hot water, neither any service was provided to support durind the stay. TV channels were extremely scarce.

This hotel was advertised as having air con! I arrived in Paris during high heat period and thought that I would be able to refresh myself much in my hotel room. In fact I chose Ibis because I thought that Ibis usually has air con and we get value for our money. But when I turned on the air con, I felt no ventilation coming in the room. I set the thermostat at 22°c and found no air cooling the room. I went to reception to complain. To my surprise, I was told that the aircon system was a common one for all the rooms. That the temperature was set and that my room will cool down automatically when it is needed. Went back to the room, set the thermostat at 30°c, then it worked! But when set it lower to 30°c it shuts off! My conclusion was that the hotel set the room temperature to 30°c! Is 30°c even effective for an air con system? I was very upset. I stayed up until 5am without being able to sleep because my mattress was simply too warm. There was absolutely no comfort. I tool three cold showers during the night just trying to cool my body down. For sure I will never go back there. And now, as a subscriber to the Accor hotels group, I will always have some doubt about the service to expect. I do not like a hotel tricking guests with such IMPOSED so-called air con service. A guest should be able to choose at what temperature he would like to set his room at. Never again and I will make sure that I can send my reviews to most hotels website to warn my fellow guests about this.

« Too crowded!!! »

First, there was a long line in the elevators during night time. Second, the room was too small for three travellers. You could have at least realized that there will be luggage coming with your visitors. Finally, the AC was not making anything more comfortable. It was very warm inside the room and sometimes throughout the night the AC will stop, even when it is maxed out.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast (enough coffee machines), it is crowded, but enough space for everybody. Always a free lift available. The staff is friendly. It is near a bigger metro station. Thanks for the nice stay.

The receiptionists are exteremly unprofessional, i have called them many times to ask them to get someone to open the AC for my husband and they didn't even respond On the second day i called them to know where can i take the bus for disneyland and the receiptionist told im busy right now call me later, On the third day i called them to ask for the near by pharmacy to get me a medication cause i had a flu and the they answered okay we will see and will call you back Seriously the worst customer experience and service level i have ever seen in my life They don't deserve one single cent to be spent on this hotel
