This hotel is very convenient for me. It is easy to go to the Council of Europe by both tram and bus. Moreover it is close to nice restaurants for dinner in the evening.

Regarding the issue with the room keys, it seems that they may have been affected by contact with other electronic devices such as phones or smartwatches, which can deactivate magnetic stripe cards.
