Nb Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room was very visibly not maintained. Old very old furnishings, rust in the bathroom, even the key cards pocket (the paper in which the cards are handed over) were old. You can hear voice from other rooms. The elevator was dark. The parking was expensive.

Friendly staff Good beds Spacious room

This hotel is very convenient for me. It is easy to go to the Council of Europe by both tram and bus. Moreover it is close to nice restaurants for dinner in the evening.

What I like most is the fact that some of the members of the staff , like Nathalie and Cambiz for example are always there ,which gives me a feeling of security.

Comfortable room, well located. Staff were very helpful and let me move rooms after the original one had a connecting door that let in lots of noise.

No interest in solving your problems, really bad english or not at all and no effort to try and understand you either. Everyday had to go downstairs because the keys to the room were not working properly. very disturbing after walking a lot and just want to have a rest. Breakfast very poor! Only thing good is the location but i would choose another hotel, theres plenty around!
