« The stay was bearable. »

The staff are friendly and efficient. The pool and the garden area is wonderful. The rooms are terrible. Really in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpets were grimy and sticky. There was a damp smell and the bathroom looked like it could do with a renovation.

I must say after my complaints about dirty plates and trays on the breakfast table, I was happy to see how clean the breakfast area was when I came down. A lady cleaning up as soon as guest finish their breakfast. Keep it up! I was not happy about having only one towel in the room

Everything was great,except that when someone has to stay for a longer stay,its expected to have a fridge and an iron and ironing board in the room. Also electric tea ketle.A customer might want to make a late night cup if tea or coffee.Keep some fruits or juice in the fridge .

Well located but overpriced hotel for what it is. Either the price per night should be lower, or the services and quality of the rooms should be increased. The breakfast buffet had barely anything to eat. One of the worst buffet i've ever seen. That is unacceptable considering the hotel charges extra $ for this. The beds and pillows are the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel. They should all be changed. The beds are too small. Should be Queen Sized not double sized. The rooms are also much smaller than what was advertised. The bathroom has no door for the shower so water gets everywhere on the floor.

Rooms are totally humid, so all the cloths are getting humid as well.. No water pressure in the bathroom.. Its not relaxing to sit outside at the pool area in the evening, after 7-8pm and prostitutes are also inside the “safe” hotel area and want to get your room number.. wtf is that?

friendly and efficient hotel staff and local management, but: antique wifi access and slow speed connection in room low cost breakfast buffet - it's not because it's free or included in the rate that it has to be cheap (was much better, generous, fresher, a few years ago!) only one working elevator for all of the hotel guests and used by room cleaning personel as well sweet escape from it all in the clean, well-managed swimming pool...!
