« Good hotel and an ok location »

Me and my family (wife and daughter) spent a week here and had a great stay. The staff is very helpful and the amenities are really good. The location for business is nice, but for a vacation is not so good considering that you will get the traffic jam from Paulista Avenue and surrounding on daily basis. In the overall it was a pleasant stay.

There is also the subway station walking distance, so you can avoid traffic jam. The hotel offers a good swimming pool for those who are on vacation or who have time available to enjoy it. As usual, staying at an Accor Hotel was very good. However, this time there was some misunderstanding regarding fees for extra bed. As I checked in, I paid what was agreed and what was asked. When I checked out, I was informed that I had to pay more. After some conversation, the hotel admitted it was wrong.

After a busy week it was exactly what I need. Fast check in, but a very caring and patience front desk. A quick and delicious room service at almost 1 in the morning. A smile and a great variety for breakfast. A quick and delicious lunch. And most of all a perfect stay!

Some services were simply coming up short, especially versus other Mercure hotels. The Wi-Fi is nowadays an absolute necessity for any guest to have in order and fast: it was very poor. The setup with the restaurant was weird too: you can not redeem the voucher there, but only at reception and in billing it was disconnected. Breakfast ok, but can be much better. A few examples: selection was the same every day, the suco de laranja was terrible and some coffee was out of supplies. Advise: benchmark at Mercure Jardins almost next door. Finally, the room didnt really have closable windows and also the balcony cannot be closed. Almost daily it was open. The sink didnt wash through properly and the room was a little outdated. The staff, however did really well: compliments to them!!

« Great location, very dated hotel, servicesless. »

The only thing going for this hotel is the location, the rest can be improved with good management and attention to detail. The hotel needs remodeling, the Jr suite can have awfully kitchen instead of just a cheappy microwave. Probably my last stay here.

« Very good but could be excellent »

Everything about this hotel was just great, nice location, very good front desk staff, clean nice room and very responsive housekeeping. But it could have been excellent if, if they could have provided a wine or beer bottle opener in the room along with the other things provided in the hotel. Each time I needed to open a wine bottle or beer bottle one of the staff bring one up to my room waits until I used it as they had only one opener for the hotel. This happed 3 times in my 4 day stay. Those openers cost less than $5 and not sure why this big deal. Hope this hotel will take care of this minor issue and gain an Excellent rating from customers like me! That said, kudos to the front desk staff, always very helpful.

WiFi speed was far below what was needed, the room was a little outdated and lacked good isolation plus some small inconveniences. Breakfast was ok, but can be improved. The staff is really helpful and deserve a compliment!

It was good enough. The only problem was the bathroom shower that was very small. Really small. I’m a small person and had trouble fitting in there.

This is and old hotel. The entrance is terrible, only stairs. Difficult to carry our luggage and for people with reduced mobility like me. Breakfast is not included which is not common in Brazil. The reception is small with only one person to do our check in and check out. The person who was at the front desk did not tell me how to contact room service. There was no menu for room service in the room. The bathroom is too small.

Clean and comfortable room, great size for 3 people. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Just one problem: the girl at the front desk had said that the breakfast was included, but it was not. We had no idea that it were going to be additionally charged.

It is terrible that the A/C is in your face, how in the world don't you think about this, the shower head don't stop dripping, the shower changes temperature when you are bathing. Street noise is very annoying. The location is good.

« Parece-me que o hotel está mudando a maneira de atender. »

We have witnessed many changes in recent years. Lobby is much better, and the restaurant. However, it seems that our preferences are not considered and, in recent stays, we have been placed in lower floors which are usually darker. As we continously have mentioned, one of us needs more light. It seemed that someone in our floor was smoking, heavily, and it really got to our attention that it reached our room, on the first two days of our stay. Breakfast has changed, too. More options for those who prefer to eat meat and grease at breakfast, which is not our taste. Expanding the options could be a good idea, as long as you do it in a more healthy turn as well, addind more fresh juices and whole grain bread.
