the elevator was noisy and cranky, the room was not up to the standard of a nice hotel eventually i had to check out right after i checked in. You may need to renovate the hotel as the facilities are too poor

The room facilities require improvement as I had water dripping from the air conditioning into my room. Staff was responsive though and fit my room changed. Carpets were not very clean and perhaps should be removed entirely to improve room quality

Experience was average - If the staff is very dedicated, the cuisine / food is great, the ground floor environment is pleasant, the rooms are far away from an acceptable standard - and PLEASE leave some water and glasses in the rooms !!

Arrival - drunk party and staff not assisting, no porter service and the rooms was stinking of smoke - they change my room just to find the new room is the same. Miss the breakfast because of the stink of sewerage. was so bad . skipped lunch as well.

Hotel is well situated right into the business quarter. Probably the most expensive ibis. Hotel rooms seriously need a renovation as the furniture is getting old and it's also smelly. Food was ok in the restaurant and check in/out was smooth.

- no consideration ans no minimum of trust for the clients - breakfast is zero compared to the room rate (80,000 FCFA); - IBIS have a practice completly different to the other hotel (paying before geting in your room; regestring the credit card number manualy when paying by credit card; making a deposit before to be able to load a expense on your room for paying out during the check out; ....) - security person don't have respect to the guest and theuir visitors - I won't never saty in IBIS hotel and will not recommand it to someone

It was surprised to know that the rooms are without a small refrigerator to at least store a bottle of water. Also there is no complimentary small bottle of water to drink. I was so dissapointed.

My room was not ready, even arriving at 8pm, so I had to wait over an hour (after a long flight). The smell in the room was mouldy. There was a large cockroach present. I have been a long time Ibis customer, but I may no longer stay at Ibis in the future.
