« This was the best stay yet. »

We have stayed here many times before and it feels like coming home. We always have a Premium Executive room. Our favourite room has none of the problems mentioned in some reviews. We arrived in the reception area to be recognised and greeted by Alicia. Everything was perfect. The next day at breakfast we were greeted by Felicia & Miruna who looked after us and made sure that my wife's gluten-free needs were met. We currently have 4 stays in the future with another yet to be booked for next year.

The hotel was good, the staff we met were great and the food and coffee was mostly Luke warm. The location was handy for Hammersmith and the underground station was just across the street. I’d stay again

Room(executive) felt smallish. Entrance to bathroom was very inconvenient. TV is old and unsusable. On the plus side: Very nice breakfast Good wifi More or less close to city center

- The food at breakfast was not very good. - The cleaning team is very noisy and does not care to make noise before 8am - The corridors are really not well decorated - The rooms are large, clean and functional. I would not say they are nicely decorated either, but they are ok

In general I'm satisfied with staying in the hotel. This is good hotel. My standard room was upgraded to Executive one on receiption, it was good, although some my friends staying at the same level of rooms in this hotel, received rooms with a bit different configurations (and one guy disliked it much). My room was large enough. Breakfast is good, although with not much options (no olives, just one type of fish (it was smoked)), but in rest it is much better than continental breakfast. Disadvantage for me personally turned out to be absence of poolsauna, but it is difficult to find hotels with them in this price range in center of London. There is small gym. The hotel is located by Hammersmith tube station, which is good.

room carpet had stains on it, the bathtub had black mold around the edges, the sink was blocked and had a really bad smell coming out of the drain hole, The water temperature in the shower wes continuously changing from cold to hot without touching the tap. didn't expect such poor condition from such hotel in London, I stayed there with my wife, I didn't complain about the problems cause we didn't want to waste our time arguing with the reception and moving around rooms. The problems were really obvious so the cleaning guys must saw it, so if this is the hotel standard it is really disappointing. stayed there from 30/9 until 5/10 room 6052. you can check the room I am sure all the problems still remain.

the Room no 7077 is not fit to be given to a traveller. Its quite an art to walk in that room with oversized bed (or say king size bed in a very small room). The temperature control knob in the bathing area doesn't work.

The hotel is in a great location for travel in to the center of London, plus it has a car park, however the hotel itself is average. Average rooms which are quite small, average eating and drinking facilities and below average staff

3 Tage business trip for conference. Rooms cleaned, but not nice. Apparently there was a smoker prior to me. Curtains yellowish and smelly. Carpets old and dirty and smelly. Minibar does not exist or is not refilled after I drank the water. Food at the bar was not good at all. Food in the restaurant was ok. This hotel is just a simple, plain service but never a 4 Star.

I booked a superior room with a queen size bed but was put in a accessible room with twin beds without being told before hand. Staff were very unfriendly. In the room the plug socket was coming off the wall, no answer from room service, remote control didn’t work, bed was lumpy and toilet seat not fixed on properly.

« Very solid hotel at a reasonable rate »

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. I was with a conference and the conference rate was very reasonable, especially for London. The breakfast buffet included with the room was good. I thought the conference center was in good shape and that was where I spent most of my time. My only concerns were fairly minor: the iron in my room did not work well (in fact, it got black soot on my shirt) and the room felt a little worn in terms of furniture, decoration, etc.

My stay was less than stellar. The room and amenities were poor and cleaning staff did not do a very good job. The lobby was okay and the lounge was good. The breakfast buffet was probably the highlight.

« Very nice stay - except for the shower drain . . . »

Beautiful hotel, very nice and clean room and bathroom - - we were delighted with the accomodations until we used the shower that night and discovered the drain was clogged and drained VERY slowly. We took our showers in short bursts, turning off the water to give the water time to drain. Very nice stay, other than that annoyance. The front desk was very apologetic in the morning when we notified them of the problem.

Clean hotel, decent rooms. However, my bathroom shower didn't produce hot water properly (water temperature dropped every 2 secons, it was like the boiler couldn't keep). Additionally, staff at reception and at breakfast wasn't always very friendly or sometimes spoke very little English.
