This hotel is well run and at a good location However some of the staff at reception need more training but they are very helpful and friendly. Room is very clean and everything else managed efficiently

Good location not to far from shops, restaurants and public transport. Clean room. Good services. However, there are some missing point such as they forgot to refill coffee and water in room after room service.

Great location next to the Ark, but the AC in the room was broken. They tried to fix it, but it made no difference. They brought a few fans up that helped, but it was too warm.

« Poorly maintained hotel with no air conditioning - not a 4 star hotel. »

The stay was terrible. The rooms were poorly maintained. The first night, my room had no air movement, so I opened the window which faced a busy road resulting in me having to sleep with earplugs in. The next night we were moved to a inner courtyard room which once again had no airflow, but at least when the window was open it was quiet. The hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful. They really did nothing to help make our experience better. I also attended a meeting at the hotel while staying. The meeting rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. No table clothes were on the meeting tables.

I am visiting your place quite often (starting July 2018). What I observed among these months is that the quality of room cleaning is getting low. Breakfast actually is not poor, but same everyday since I started to visit your hotel. To be really honest, I am not sure if my company will allow me to change hotel for future visits, but this is what I am considering.

3 nights with Bad experience ever !!!! First day , wait long time to contact the reception counter even I already done the online check-in. And we could not open our door room because the reception forget to save the room number in the keycard. So we had to go to the reception & wait for the long queue again due to her mistake . And also without any apologize !!!. The second day , the electricity in the room didn't work So we have to contact the reception and wait for the maintenance service about 30 mins for the maintenance come to fix it for us . I do love hotels in Accor Group . But I feel so much disappointed with this branch of the novotel Sincerely

The hotel was a nice place to stay in London for the start of a holiday tour as it was in a quieter area, but close to public transport for those wishing to visit the more central attractions. Although I am an Accor Plus member, I did not book the hotel, as it came as part of the tour package I booked with Cosmos.

Overall a nice stay at the Novotel in Hammersmith. The receptionist was lovely and had a great easy check in, room looked a little tired but the beds were comfy and had all the basics. It was an extremely warm weekend and sadly the air conditioning just isn’t up to the job, we phoned the reception and asked for a fan which was brought up immediately and did the job which was appreciated.

The booking in experience was poorly handled. I then got a very rude call from the manager shortly after I'd arrived home, having left my sister to stay at the hotel, asking me to return at once to 'validate my card'. This was at 23.45 and DESPITE the fact I had specifically asked the receptionist if I could leave and she'd replied that I could. She told me that everything that needed to be done was done. I have lived in Hammersmith for over thirty years and frequently use local hotels for work and family guests. I am EXTREMELY disappointed by this level of service and attitude in your hotel.

Very pleased, clean and comfy rooms, but could hear a lot of noise from adjoining rooms. Location very good, close to Hammersmith tube station. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.
