« Just what was needed. »

We stayed one night at The Novotel in Hammersmith as we were going to a concert at The Apollo which was only a 5minute walk away. Everything worked perfectly from the friendly and efficient staff at check-in to the rooms and breakfast. Little touches like the pod coffee machine and Bose docking station were a surprise. I'd definitely stay there again.

« Great Value Hotel in London »

With hotel prices in central London sky high last week, I decided to make a return visit to the Novotel London West, which I used in late 2016 for an Ecommerce Conference just along Cromwell Road at Earl's Court. For £200 I stayed in a good quality hotel with a gym, lively contemporary bar, well appointed Executive Room with an excellent buffet breakfast. (As a Gold Accor member I was upgraded to a Premium Exec Room on the 9th floor and treated to a complimentary welcome drink - just to make me feel special). Even though my meetings were in Marylebone I was less that 30 mins door to door using the tube - great savings, great service and a perfect stay.

« Another pleasant stay. »

Once again our annual marking conference was held at the Novotel Hammersmith. It’s a spacious building which offers both privacy and plenty of opportunity for socialising. The food is generally good buffet-style with a lot of variety on offer. As with all London hotels, drinks are on the expensive side but there are plenty of pubs and bars within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and I’m impressed that there are usb charging stations and speakers to be able to listen to my own music rather than have to use the ubiquitous tv set up.

Air con. was not working, got a fan instead. When checked in, I got an even worse roon, asked to change. Overall if I would have an alternative, I would rebook.

Was good. Good size clean room. Comfy bed. Noise from building site adjacent wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was ok, not the freshest. Lunch was lovely. All in all a good stay.

« My favorite place to stay in London »

I'm fortunate to be able to get to London twice a year and the Novotel London West is where I stay.. I think it may be 11 years now that I found it and have been back every time I get to London. I am always pleased and amazed to find that everyone on staff are professional and courteous. My thanks to all of them and the management. The hotel is convenient to Heathrow and all of London's things to do and see.. It is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. If all goes well I'll be there again in January.

When I arrived it was to a reception desk on a floor where I was not given the information needed for my Cosmos departure the next morning. When I found the departure desk it was on a lower, basement type floor. 4 weeks later I was dropped at the basement waiting lounge, but when my chauffeur asked where I was, the Reception staff on the 1st floor reception desk did not advise him of the basement lounge - even though he asked where I might be. I suggest that the two areas of the Hotel know of each other, and form some type of communication.

« Customer service fell short of what I would usually expect »

Nobody to welcome me when i arrived. The water in the bathroom when i ran the tap smelled like egg. Check out took a really long time and the staff member was very very rude. My invoice did not detail everything i have purchased, for my expenses, as i had asked. Really disappointing as i have stayed here before this year and my stay was brilliant

From arrival to departure, service was excellent. I believe the receptionist name was Jessica (you can probably check to correct me if I'm wrong). She was wonderful and friendly, made me feel very welcome. She managed to get a room for a very early check-in after a rather long flight from Cape Town for me - I was so glad to get a room to rest! All your employees seemed very happy. Thanks for everything.

« A comfortable and good stay overall but slow service in the restaurant »

The hotel was absolutely fine once I’d found the entrance door. It wasn’t easy to find from the Hammersmith tube side especially with the building works below as well. Room was comfortable and ok, but the shower was dangerously pulsing very hot water at times. This needs to be looked at as unless you’re quick to move it is burning hot! I was on the 8th floor Finally the only other disappointing experience was the slow service in the restaurant. They were slow to bring drinks and the main meal on the Wednesday took almost 40 minutes and wasn’t as hot as I expected. Not usual Novotel standards!

« A very pleasant stay in a nice and well located hotel. »

This is our second stay at Novotel London West as we enjoyed our stay there the first time. The rooms are spacious which is a bonus and the buffet breakfast offers a wide choice of hot and cold food and very satisfying. The check-in process was quick and staff are friendly. The location is close to Hammersmith underground station and a convenient stop from Heathrow and other connecting stations.
