Cleanliness left some room for improvement. There were dust bunnies on the floor and behind furniture. Towels were stained. Could not leave toiletries or makeup out as everything was piled on top of each other in a corner of the vanity during daily cleaning. Makeup sponge was placed on top of tooth brush for example.

Didn’t started well when the reception could not find my reservation and assumed I had the wrong hotel until I proved the contrary… Very expensive night for an aged hotel with an out of order lift. Gone to the restaurant and been served stale bread. Food took forever to arrive which might have been due to the fire alarm going on but no communication from the personal. Room was ok but bathroom outdated (but functional). Great location but the hotel looks more fancy on the outside than in.

The room was ok but there was not sanitary kit, no drinking water in the room This is atleast basic for me.

Paris was amazing and my husband made the perfect choice by booking us a stay at Ibis Paris La Défense Espanade. The location was incredible and allowed us to easily explore everything the city had to offer. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially with the abundance of fresh fruits that were available. I am already looking forward to returning to Paris and once again enjoying the warm hospitality provided by Ibis.
