Amin and Rana - Convenient location, Very helpful staff! I was stuck in the airport area overnight and this place saved me from having to stay up for two days. Breakfast available, clean rooms. Overall reception staff was great and cheap car park

Plumbing and Water Issue

While the general stay is what i have come to expect from Ibis as a reasonably frequent stayer in Ibis Heathrow, on the final morning prior to departure there was no water in my room due, it seems, to e broken pipe. It was very disappointing that not only were we not informed (seems entire floor), but that there was no attempt by Ibis management to deal with the issue. Not only didnt i have any water to brush, wash or shower, but in the end i had to go to the bar area to request some water ... the reservation/hotel front office staff were no help. Not only did this mean i had to cancel some meetings in the morning (as i didnt want to go without any shower), but absolutely no attempt was made to dela with the situation. I even requested if there was a room available i could shower and this was rejected. On the whole, a hotel is measured not for when everything is fine, but when things go wrong, and you failed miserably .. not even when checking out was there any attempt to compensate or make me, as the customer, happier .. just shrugs!!! Very very disappointing and makes think whether this is a suitable hotel for me for the future

I usually stay at Premier Inn but their internet is so slow 1/2 mb. I’ve wrote many emails with no response over 15 years. Appalling. Ibis has 85mb - comfortable beds - food very good and staff really professional. Location a bit difficult to get too - but worth the effort.
