« Location was perfect for a festival in Mississauga »

It was great to have booked this hotel as it is nearby the Mississauga Celebration Square. However, there was no restaurant to eat breakfast. Parking lot was small don't think trucks could fit in. Hotel room is nice as expected and reception was very helpful. Thanks to Narciso.

« Disappointing service! »

We booked in for a 10 night stay...Leslie who checked us in was the only positive person we dealt with! The room was fine, well presented, the AC was on AUTO mode and kept shutting off and turning back on, there was no option to just have it stay on...I wouldn't mind if it was a quiet system but it wasn't and so every time it shut off and turned back on we were woken up. We noted a sign at the elevator saying that the restaurant was opening soon, under renos, the next morning I asked the girl at reception if there was any way we could access a microwave or something as my daughter was hungry during the night, we were told that if we brought down some food to reception, they could heat it for us, that evening my husband took some food down to be heated and lo and behold...he is advised that there is a restaurant that is open but the main restaurant is under renovations! No one mentioned this to us and there was no room service menu in the room either! The last straw was when we specifically advised the front desk that we had an early flight and if they could please give us a wake-up call for 0400 and book us a cab for 0430 to take us to the airport ...by this point I wasn't banking on the service too much so I decided to set my alarm anyway...thank God for that! Needless to say we didn't get our wake-up call, at about 0425 I decided to go downstairs just to make sure they had organized the Taxi, they front desk seemed absolutely clueless about our request, he then made a call to someone and came back to me saying that they were on their way...by 0445 still no taxi! My husband finally decided to walk up to the main street to find a taxi and there is a TAXI rank just around the corner from the hotel and the idiots didn't tell us that knowing that we were running late! All in all just very disappointed with the lack of service from front desk...as a fully paying customer we have some expectations from a fairly known hotel chain but we were let down on so many levels.

« Great location and room, swimming pool was disappointing »

Everything was great the rooms were clean, on the first night we kept some eatables in the fridge and at 2 in the morning we realised the fridge wasn’t working and some of our eatables had to be thrown. The swimming pool is really disappointing, freezing cold water, dirty pool, no one removes the left over used towels and the men’s changing room has a broken handle which comes off as you turn the tap on really poor!
