« Location good, service poor »

As a Platinum member I have certain expectations. This stay was not meeting my expectations at all. Plus: Location, Restaurant (Food, Drinks and Service, espacially the waiter Daniel) Minus: No lounge, room outdated (e.g. damaged carpet from the dripping AC), parking fee, Prior communication for a late check out was answered by email AFTER I have checked in. Beside this, I was offered only a late check out until 1pm as a Platinum member, hence I was requested to pay until my wished time 4pm Poor: The second day the house keeping did not Exchange the small towels for the face at all and replaced only 1 piece medium sized towel for the Hands/ face. So I called the front desk and ask them to provide the missing towels. Nothing happend. So I went down to the desk personally and placed my request again. Nothing happend. i went down again, Nothing happend. The 3rd time i went down to the same Person (phone and personal talks was always the younger black Lady), I was Angry and then she disapperead in the back Office, leaving me there alone for more than 5 minutes. Finally she came back and said the house keeping will bring the towels now. I checked with the man from the house keeping, when he was receiving the request from the front desk, he clearly showed me he was informed only after my 3rd personal front desk Approach. This is very unprofessional and not acceptable at all. Train your staff accordingly please. I will not chosse nor recommend this Pullmann at all after this very unpleasant issue!

« Great stay at the Pullman Hotel- convenient, clean, and comfortable. »

I had an easy check in experience, my room was clean, cool (thankfully!), the bathrooms had a large counter- which I appreciate- and dinner at the bar in the restaurant was delicious. The pool area was nice and several visitors were swimming and enjoying the sun. I used the work out room in the morning which was fairly spacious and had several treadmills, ellipticals and a full floor area with weights and machines. It was clean, had towels provided and water. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very nice. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would go back as well as recommend.

« Convenient. But could be better. »

Just a one night stopover and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. However the 40+ minute wait for the hotel shuttle made the proximity less appreciated! Room was great, with a good view of the lagoon and airport (with no noticeable airport noise). Staff were also efficient and friendly enough. My biggest disapointment was with the quality of the food at both dinner and breakfast. Considering hotel restaurant prices i would expect something better. The pool was also a little murky, although still a refreshing break.

« Hotel very disorganized »

Long weekend important personnel on vacation. Front desk told us that we could call at 5:30 am for a bellman to help us. We did there was nobody... we had to open our bedroom door and ask a guest to help us ... we go to check out..the person could not do it..we had to call from the airport so that we miss our flight..it was a very stressful time. We stay at your place every year...we will look for another hotel next time

Front desk personnel (including leaders) were unprofessional and did not demonstrate the expected care and attention required, particularly to a repeat guest. Personnel who were familiar e.g. Jerry and those in the restaurant were especially friendly. The room was comfortable but not as clean - towels were spotty with stains and shower curtain soiled. Overall the hotel plant and ambience seem to be deteriorating - product was better under the Sofitel brand.

The two-room suite on a high floor was perfect for our pre-trip overnight stay. It was elegant and comfortable and convenient - a walk to a few shops - and then he shuttle to the airport on the day of departure. Having vouchers for the bar was a nice treat. I would not hesitate to stay at the Pullman again for a future visit before embarking on a flight to Europe as was the case this time.

Things will invariably go wrong in a hotel that was left in deferred maintenance. Fortunately gm dan has a team that was able to perform service recovery well and i left feeling better

Had a good view however, my room lacked quality. The bathroom was large yet there was a 3 inch by 6 inch space for personal items, and even that was broken. The shower needed new fixtures (the lever to turn the shower would not stay engaged). Electrical outlets were loose and cords did not stay connected. Lastly, you touted a program of reusing towels to save energy yet every day my towels were taken and replaced when I clearly hung them to dry and reuse. For a hotel in Miami, I expected more.

Where do I begin: 1. AC would not change temp or fan speed. 2 modes: on or off... also known as freezing cold or humid and hot. 2. Shower handle fell off at first use. 3. Second day - AC was leaking onto the tile floor just inside the door, creating a major fall hazard. All said, I expected the staff to give me more than lip service at checkout... expected at least SOMETHING off my 2-nights stay.

We only spent 1 night between flights at Pullman Miami. Everything was fine, including the shuttle from and to the airport. The shower needed some minor repairs which probably has been done by now.

We disagree with the charges. We had a family issue and had to leave one day early. Even though we checked out at approximately 8:10 am on Sunday, June 23, we were charged for that night. Not very friendly. Have never experienced that in any other hotel.

I have stayed on numerous occasions at the Miami Pullman and enjoy the hospitality of the staff. Jory at the front desk was especially helpful this stay and lovely to work with. She is a great ambassador for your hotel and lovely to work with! My only complaint as in the past, is the elevators. Seems there is ongoing issues with the elevators working properly. Being on the 15th floor this stay made it quite frustrating.

I often stay in Accor Hotels and usually greatly enjoy my stay. Unfortunately, on June 15, 2019, at Pullman Miami Airport we had a different experience for a few reasons: First of all, we found out in advance that there is a free shuttle from Miami airport to the hotel every 30min. When my elderly parents and I arrived the the designated pick up spot at North Terminal (where all hotel shuttles stop) at 9:15pm, we waited patiently. When at 9:45pm there was no shuttle from Pullman (while all the other shuttles came and went), we called Pullman and were told that the driver just left and will be there shortly. When at 10pm there was still no bus, we called again and were told that the bus is at the hotel right now and is leaving soon. The bus came at 10:10pm - my 80 year old parents were standing and waiting for 50 minutes!!! Where was the bus all this time??? Second, when we got our room on 14th floor, it was dirty: wet towels on the floor, unmade beds, etc. We went back downstairs and got another room. Third, on Sunday morning, during check out, there was only one working elevator out of 3 - on Sunday morning when everyone is leaving! People with suitcases were standing and waiting for 10-20 minutes on every floor! Finally, every Accor hotel offers an option of a free breakfast, but Pullman had no such option and charged people $23 plus tax and tip.
