Hotel seems old. The furniture in the rooms wasn’t great. Didn’t have outlets by the bed for phones. My parking was supposed to be free but the machine charged me the first day. When I spoke to the front desk all I got was a sorry we can’t do anything about it even though it was their fault for not coding my room key correctly.

Declining food quality. Even a simple pizza that was on decent before is now terrible. Staff does not answer phones. I had to call room service 4 times before getting a response. Rooms are dirty and the I had to call and complain in order to get towels stocked in the gyms. When I called I was told tha housekeeping isn’t in so I couldn’t get towels. This was 7:00 am.

This was a surprise date night stay for my boyfriend & I. I booked a lagoon view room and he was floored by it. The free drink at check-in was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very friendly and other guests were pleasant to interact with. I'll definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed 4 long dissatisfied nights at the Pullman. As we were greeted by the shuttle driver he was very pushy about taking our one bag to the back of the van; which was an attempt to receive a tip. Once we entered into the lobby we were not greeted initially. After checking in the young man at the reception desk was the only helpful/friendly person that we encountered during our entire stay at the Pullman. Once we into our room, we realized that there was NO microwave OR refrigerator in the room which is disappointing due to paying almost $200 per night. We went down to the bar to have a drink and was not greeted for approximately 15 to 20 minutes and once we finally ordered our drinks and received the bill; I tried to pay in cash BUT the bartender told us that they did not have change in the register. (Another desperate attempt to receive a tip) I went to the front desk and asked does the bar normally keep cash on hand on effort to conduct normal business transactions and I was advised that they DO have cash on hand..so this was day one of uneasiness. We went ahead and paid leaving over a 12 dollar tip for a drink that was not good at all. The next morning we went to breakfast and the buffet was sup-par. We had paid for the breakfast for the entire week which I was disappointing..the menu was the same each day. There was a waffle machine sitting on the counter but I did not see any waffle mix therefore I asked a waiter if there were any waffles available; he informed me that the waffle machine was not working; so sad. For the price there should have been much more choices. I had went to the little coffee shop and It was close to closing time approximately 7:58 pm so when I asked the gentlemen were they closed he answered "yes" which was fine. I said Okay and walked away. After seeking some assistance from the front desk I turned around and I noticed that the same gentlemen that I had just asked 5 minutes ago was the coffee shop being closed was now serving another guest; at that time I walked back over to the front desk and asked bout the operating hours she also told me that they do close at 8 pm however the issue is that he refused to serve me and my husband BUT now serving another guest way after 8 pm showed us blatant disrespect and made me feel like I was not a valued customer. The young lady was horrified and tried to remedy the actions of the gentleman refusing to serve us by calling him and asking him to make us coffee, but at that point I just told her thank you but I would NEVER order anything from them again. I am not exactly sure why the Pullman has so many employees that are rude and try so hard get over on the customers. I am a believer in hard work and employees that work hard will be offered TIPS when they DESERVE IT. Not by trying to CON a customer. There was also a party on the level above the bar on Wed (JUN 6 ) and in attendance were several little girls running around and bumping into us and a couple occasions. While walking to the outside pool one of the girls threw a bag or purse over the balcony and messed hitting us by a hair. I don't have an issue with children at all but I do believe that there should be some rules on conduct, especially since the entire atmosphere of the hotel was being so uptight. I should not have to worry about my feet being stepped on our a bag hitting me in my head as I am existing the building. Overall, I DID NOT enjoy my stay and I would NOT recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the Pullman Hotel in San Francisco a few weeks back. It was my first time staying at a Pullman and the hotel and experience was wonderful. When planning my business trip to Miami, I decided to book at a Pullman Hotel, and also signed up for the rewards program. But the Pullman Miami Airport was not as elaborate and glamorous as the one in San Francisco. I was most disgusted by the bathroom. My tub had hair in it that did not belong to me. And the next day, that same hair was there, indicating the tub wasn't even cleaned. The floor towel was the same one I used the day I arrived. So it was not replenished, simply folded and draped across the tub. The shower curtain has strange stains on it that are reddish in color mimicking blood. And the sink was a pedestal sink with piping underneath that was not elegantly covered as I could see all the dust. It was truly disgusting, and as a result, I am hesitant to book another Pullman Hotel.

What a great hotel! Fun bar and comfortable rooms. The air conditioning was way too cold in the rooms though. The shuttle drivers went above and beyond. I will be back.

Only stayed for a few hours in a day room. Always stay with you and am an account holder but there were no toweling robes for when we had a shower and although I did try and phone housekeeping there was never any reply so tried through guest relations. When someone did eventually arrive they had towels and could not understand what I wanted so gave up!

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Was welcomed by a great front guest staff. Once I got to the room and did not find a USB port for charging. Called front desk and had a charger at the room in 5 mins. House keeping was excellent. Bar and restaurant service was very good. I will use this hotel again. Well done Pullman!!

« It was so bad, I didn't even stay one night. »

When I checked in, the first room I was given had a strong marijuana odor, so I returned to the desk to see if I could be placed in a different room. The second room had no odor, but it was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was urine and feces in the toilet, and toothpaste in the sink. I returned to the desk and informed them of the situation. I was given a third room, and the desk check-in agent accompanied me to the room. Initially, it seemed okay. The desk agent left, and I continued to examine the room. The bathroom floor was uneven (it felt like the foundation beneath the tile was bumpy, the shower contained mold and appeared dirty, and there was a heavy film of dust on the drink glasses in the room and on the table where glasses were located. There was also a lot of dust on the bathroom baseboards. I booked a different hotel on my phone the same evening and returned to the front desk to check out. This was on a Sunday. On Monday, I received a charge on my credit card for one night's stay. The same thing happened again on Tuesday. I called to find out what was causing the charges and was told that I hadn't checked out of the hotel. I informed the person on the phone that I checked out on the same day I checked in - I didn't even stay for one night. I guess the person who helped me when I was checking out didn't actually check me out of the hotel correctly. The person in my department who arranged the stay spoke with the reservations agent the later in the week, and the hotel finally stopped charging my card. Thankfully, the previous charges were removed. My standards were not unreasonable, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be luxury or near-luxury, and I understand that older properties might not be in the best shape compared to newer properties. From what I know, the building housing the Pullman in Miami is old, but that's no excuse for uncleanliness. I viewed three rooms, and there was something wrong with each one of them. And because I wasn't checked-out properly, it seems like some of the front desk staff could use some training. This was my first stay at a hotel in your brand, and it was definitely not a good first impression. I'd actually never heard of the brand before this trip, but I'll probably avoid the brand going forward and will go with brands that I already know and have had good experiences with.

« Not what I was expecting »

My first corporate stay at the Pullman Miami Airport and it was not a smooth one. First I could not check-in due to a computer glitch. Then room service does not answer the phone. No one communicated to me how the parking system worked so I did not get the room card registered for parking and had to take a parking stub every time. Parking was EXUBERANT at $17 per day. I think I'll go back to the Hapton Inn next year when corporate sends me back.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a hotel. I paid for a high level with a pool view and upgraded to a suite and received by far the worst room I've stayed in besides the hood hotels when I was a child.

« The hotel is not what once was ... »

Accor Hotels are really disappointing us lately. Start with a terrible problem in our last visit to Paris, when hotel act in a terrible way not considering the mistake made with our verbal reservation at the front desk. Costumer service contact us and NOTHING happened. Now, we did not recognize the hotel services at old Sofitel: No umbrellas available in a terrible weather, package delivery is very hard to find and no message informing the arrival anymore, I ask for a spoon of corn starch to room service to help me with a stomach pain, and the answer was - we don't have it. Honestly, any kitchen have it ... Please check how many times we stayed at this same hotel, because we always like the staff and services. This was probably the last time.
