First time at this location. Overall the experience was great - in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, etc. What's lacking is a modern look and feel to both guest rooms and public spaces (I was not in a renovated room).

Overall good experience. Front desk was very helpful, breakfast tasted good. Two issues I had: - internet speed was very low. In this age of technological development, having an internet that does not allow you to watch youtube videos in a hotel located in Toronto is pretty unexpected - iron I had in my room (903) was old and had a water leakage. I somehow used it, but it definitely needs to be replaced

Restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. During our one week's stay, there was only one morning when the restaurant service wasn't good because it was so crowded and busy. Last Saturday, the restaurant was definitely understaffed. But the rest of the week has been good.

Staff was friendly and professional The parking garage was confusing not enough signage showing were the elevator to the hotel was got lost trying to find my way out. There was four other families there with us and they all got turned around in the parking garage. Shower curtain did fit the tube and when you had a shower the floor got all wet

Super easy check in, helpful and friendly staff, liked the room, loved the free trade products, comfortable bed, clean with the exception of the digital clock next to the bed - very dusty and felt like I didn't want to touch it. Only other disappointment was the repeated banging sound throughout the early morning hours - not sure what it was - maybe something with the elevators?

« I was not very pleased with the seating and lighting facilities in the room as well several items needed repair »

Staff at the front desk and restaurant were excellent. Upon arrival several items needed repair such as the drain plug in the bathroom wash basin and two light fixtures. One fixture did not get repaired. There is no reading light at the rather small side chair which is in an awkward position.

For the most part it was good, however the room would not warm up during the night due to extreme cold weather outside, so I had to crank up the temperature several times and use the extra blanket for warmth. Also the TV remote would not change channels with the "CH up/CH dn" buttons, when I mentioned it to front desk they said they would replace it but it never was.

« Just ok »

Check in was good and the lady was very polite. I noticed when I arrived late in the evening that my bed sheets were stained and it was too late to have them changed so I waited until the next morning. I ordered room service and the plate was very sub-par. I left my tray table out at 8pm or so and I noticed at 10am the next morning it was still there. It was my first time at the Hotel and given the price I paid it was not worth the stay.

« The overall experience was good. »

The room, lobby, restaurant and overall service was good. The hotel gym equipment, environment and supplies was very bad. The room was extremely hot, the treadmill and bike were both slipping and the towels provided shedded lint and were too larger for easy use.
