« Nice hotel and location for the money »

The location was very nice. The staff were friendly. The food was very good. My only complaint was that the shower would not stay hot for very long.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is very convenient to everything but still away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing that surprised us was the food/restaurant; I felt the quality was below par and would not recommend it. Overall our experience was great and we would recommend the Novotel.

« Well located and correct services »

Overall me and the family has enjoyed the stay in the hotel. All the installation is correct and under Novotel standards. The only point that is bringing misunderstandings is the site showing a swimming poll that belongs to Sofitel just aside and during our stay nobody let clear if we could use it!

Nous sommes désolés que votre pré-autorisation soit restée bloquer jusqu'au 05 Avril, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. Comme je vous l'avais indiqué, j'ai alerté le service trésorerie du groupe Accor qui gère en central nos contrats concernant la monétique. Ils m'ont confirmé que cette pratique n'est pas de notre fait. Les sommes bloquées par les pré-autorisations doivent être remises à disposition des clients dans un délai court. Les mesures nécessaires ont été prises auprès de la réception afin de prévenir nos clients de ce problème potentiel. Everything went smooth during my stay. Only problems were the card scanners of the elevators which didn't work properly. Comfortable room with nice views of the Old Port.
