« A very pleasant hotel and very central. »

Overall a excellent experience with very caring and attentive staff. Rooms were cleaned and fridge was restocked daily which was good. It would have been nice to have had a Gluten and Dairy Free section for Allergy sufferers at breakfast but having said that, the staff did bring somethings to us when asked. Thank you for that. My only concern was the badly fitted carpets on floor which could have caused an accident, however I did notice work being done whilst at hotel.

Room very good. The only thing I think should be improved is the restaurant menu. At times it was rather restricted. The reception staff were excellent.

« We were very shocked at the state of the carpet in the hallways and especially the carpet in our room. »

The choices and standard of the breakfast was great really enjoyed it.. staff were helpful and friendly. I understand that areas of the hotel are waiting to be renovated but our hallway and room carpet was shocking too the point I would not walk on it with bare feet.

« A Pleasant Weekend Break. »

We had a very pleasant 3 nights in Lille,the hotel is in a great location to take in all the city has to offer and is only a 15 walk from the Eurostar station. The staff were so very friendly and helpful especially the front desk, who couldn't have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent as was the room. A great hotel for a short break.

« Nice stay »

Good location, excellent housekeeping service, the rooms are a little tired, and could do with a refresh, the carpet in particular looked ready for replacement. The paper cups provided for tea and coffee are tiny and pretty much single use only, before they start to leak. It was good having a small quiet fridge in the room. I'm only 5ft 10" tall yet had to stoop to use the shower. I found the bed ok, but my partner found it uncomfortable. Likewise she wished she had brought her travel hair dryer as the one provided fixed to the wall wasn't ideal.

« Weekend away with a baby »

This was our first trip abroad with a baby and they were nice enough to provide us with a cot and a baby bath tub which definitely helped. The room was a family room and a reasonable size too. Location of the hotel was great, walking distance to all the sites. The only downfall we really felt was that the hotel room did not have the AC system turned on, this was apparently due to the system still thinking it was still in winter. It was a warm weekend around 18degrees, and the room felt a lot warmer so we had to leave our baby in just his nappy whenever we were in the room.
