I have been staying at the Pullman every year for five years now during St. Patrick’s weekend. Never had a problem, I would call a day or two before arriving to make sure I got the room I requested. This year, I spoke to someone who refuse to give me her name when I told her that I just paid extra for a double bed,with a lagoon view. Needless to say this person just ignore my request. I was so mad the entire day I stayed, upset.

Hotel staff was nice only issue we had was there was used wash cloths in the bathroom and when we opened the cabinets in our room there was opened bag of chips and scattered trash. I mentioned this at check out and they didn't do anything about it.

The hotel room i was staying in is fine. However the facility in the hotel is not well kept. ( especially the pool). On March 15,2018 there's a event going on at the hotel. It make my stay miserable with kids running around the hall way.

Great location, generally clean, nice gym. Fabulous view of the water. There was a big hairy spider in my room and I tried to kill it with a napkin but missed so slept with the spider in my room a couple of nights.

Everything was nice as comfortable as usual. Bathtub/shower had a slow drain so I was standing in water for showers. Otherwise would be a 10!

« Not worth it for price »

The best part of the stay was the nice men at the front when you enter - they were very kind and helpful and worked hard. I did not find the staff to be very friendly. Shower was difficult to figure out, I could hear people's TV and talking in other rooms. Paying for parking is not clear on website. Kleenex was out and refrigerator was really dirty as well as the bathtub. Definitely not cleaned well.

« Pullman never lets me down! »

I only stay at the Pullman when I come up for work. There is a hotel much closer to my office but I rather make the drive and stay at the Pullman because of the service. Great employees!
