Typically better than most stays, the room service was good, I didn't get an allergic reaction. They forgot to bring a waterfowl for my dog as well as forgot an item for breakfast which they gave to me for free.

We had a boulevard patio room at the rear. The noise from the hotel aircon at the rear was deafening. The bedroom is ready for redecoration. The bathroom very tired. Breakfast not only very expensive but the menu v prices very very confusing. Maybe that is how it is supposed to be. Breakfast for 2 $88 !

Everything was outstanding except for a flickering light on the desk in my room. The light had a short and kept going on and off. It was a distraction for work I was trying to do in my room. Other than that, the service was exceptional.

Not as good as previous stays. Although as always Elmer was the fabulous making us feel like we are coming home, he is a true asset to your hotel. I was sent a text the day before our stay asking what could you do to assist, I replied could you please make up the sofa bed, the reply was absolutely, on arrival the sofa bed was not made up.

We were with a wedding party. The staff could not have been more accommodating, pleasant, and friendly. The rooms were spotless. Our only complaint was the concierge. He was short when I asked him to explain a point on a map. He gave me a print-out of one way transportation to Santa Monica. After speaking to a person on the street, we were told that it was a convoluted way to get to Ocean Drive, having to transfer twice. I would think a concierge would be able to offer options? When I went to the rear of the room to look at an object, he scolded me and told me to stay in front of the register. He was rude. The doorperson, Sean, was extremely helpful and was our go to man during our stay. I would recommend this hotel and would return.

I will be going to LA (from San Diego)for regular business meetings and intend to stay exclusively at Sofitel Beverly Hills. Why? Because it feels homey for a hotel! The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming—from the front desk staff to room service, great restaurant housekeeping. I got a great deal on my hill view room with complimentary breakfast. Love it there!

The stay with you was very comfortable. Only one complaint, I do wish you would have more variety on your restaurant menu . We would enjoy eating in the restaurant, if you had more options to choose from , besides primarily lobster and beef ! Please change the menu to accommodate a healthier eating style, and a variety of foods !

My family and I had a great time staying at the Sofitel, the staff at reception and throughout the hotel were great and very helpful. The service all round was excellent, please keep doing what you do and don't change!!!. I loved the decor and artwork in the lobby, I wish I had more time to take pictures.

Please rest assured that we have taken the appropriate measures to address the problem of the top sheets not being brought with our Housekeeping Manager in order to prevent any future occurrence. Sofitel offers a specific type of bedding which is French style and doesn't have top sheets, only the duvet/comforter that gives the feeling that you diving into clouds. The duvet replaces the sheets and is therefore cleaned after each stay. This bed is a branded bed and you'll find it in all our Sofitel in the world. Nonetheless we can take note of your preferences for your next stay! I would nonetheless greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to provide further information about what happened with our staff as this will help me better understand what happened in order to anticipate any future occurrences. I felt that your property is "trying too hard" Walking in the lobby feels like walking into a Las Vegas hotel. My room 438 while nicely appointed. Showed signs of wear Sink faucet has brass starting to show through the chrome plating due to being scrubbed over time. Mirror over the sink also showing signs of age or poor manufacturing. It was hard to focus to shave in the morning due to light coming through from the rear, also it appears there's banding in the reflective surface. Water hammering in the pipes was noticeable when turning off the sink or shower, even at just a trickle. I would not expect that in a hotel. Odd triangular shaped bathroom with poor lighting I'm not a fan of Bed was very comfortable. I also really liked that the HVAC was quiet through out the night. Probably my biggest surprise Food and service in the restaurant was great
