« A professional but still friendly hotel stay »

Your staff are always responsive to questions and I experience them as friendly which gives me the impression that they enjoy their jobs which, if true, certainly reflects on the way they interact with customers. I have mentioned it before that I like the breakfast very much. Their is obviously effort made to vary it each day which I appreciate. If you could I would wish that you find a way to make more coffee available. The machine you have makes good coffee (for a machine) but it is too slow and there is nearly always a queue for it.

« Disappointing and expensive »

The location is not great. It’s not right next to the airport and it is not anywhere near the centre. The rooms and decor are very dated. There’s no plug sockets at all near the bed. There are very few TV channels - no standard international ones such as BBC World or CNN even. The breakfast is functional and dries up way before it is meant to end.

Was first time using yr hotel for an early flight. Reception by night porter was ok but not accor standard. Room (8th floor) was basic did not find value for money. Check out was good but again was lacking the accorr friendlyness. Am used to better customer experience in USA

« Poor service for business visitors at the weekend »

The web sitre said that there was a free shuttle bus but this does not run on Friday evenings and Sat mornings. Extra cost for me 44 EUR for taxi. No restaurant open on Friday evening. I prefer Mercure but this hotel did not come up to expectations.

The check-in was quick and efficient, the room was perfect basically furnished with everything needed for an overnight stay. The food served in the restaurant was excellent and portions very generous with quick service. Check out was also quick. A great experience.

I stayed there for 2 nights during a business trip. After I had entered the room I noticed that the soap which is usually left on the restroom was missing. I called the reception but it was delivered only after some time. The next evening one of the new delivered towels looked dirty

It was my second time staying at this hotel and I must stay that had twice the same feeling: this hotel needs a refresh, especially for the price charged for the room. Aside from that, service at reception and breakfast are good.

« Quite satisfied with a couple of minor misses »

I like the location, the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The food is very good so far. The rooms are a little worn and could do with more maintenance. There were for example a lot of broken wall tiles in my bathroom this visit. I think breakfast is very good. It is a little different every day, but it is obvious that effort is being made to provide a quality, and attractive breakfast. The only hiccup I would mention is that when food, such as scrambled eggs runs out, it takes too long and often a request, to get it replenished. I consider these issues too small to be problems but they do not match the rest of my very positive stay in this hotel.

« Really overvaluated the value of the estate compared to the price asked »

Room was in bad shape. Fungus in the shower area, airconditioning did not work and only after pressing the housing of the thermostat started to do its work but with a lot of electrical noise. Really excessive room rate for such a room. Forgot my toothpaste and had to buy a full tube for 3.50?! Really??

« Failed price-quality balance »

Extremely bad. Although staff is very friendly, I had an outlived room, smelling like cigarettes (the smoke detector was sabotaged with paper towels), fungus in the room next to the bed, uneatable pizza... A Depp-clean + renovation of the rooms (I had 312) is strongly recommended. I can find more value for lower price in the area, so you don't have to expect me back soon if you do not consider a refund or another commercial gesture.
