Basically no problems except that I expected a more professional and polite receptionist. Instead of waving us back from the counter he could have told us politely that he was still working with a customer that had to go outside for whatever reason. With no customer there we thought we would get served. As a Silver Card holder I had to ask the receptionist for the Welcome Drink Coupon. The Lounge was not occupied and nobody would serve us. I had to ask the receptionist who then got us our drinks himself. The lady that supposedly was working the Lounge didn't show up for at least another 45 minutes and wasn't friendly at all. Asking for a snack (supposedly available 24 hrs) we were told that theree was no such thing and we would have to wait until 1830 hrs, when the restaurant would open. Politeness and Customer Service did not prevail. A luggage cart was not available and was finally found (after asking for it) by the receptionist.

I prefer ibis as it provides a standard wherever i go. This time however the air conditioning wasn't working and it made our stay very uncomfortable during the. Warm days

« Non functioning stairs outside of hotel for nealry half year are simly not acceptable. »

Accomodation ok, however the fact that there are hudred+ of people paying 100 EUR+/ night and still IBIS is not able/willing to fix one wooden segment on the stairs towards BUS Stop is simply embarrassing.

I was surprised that the hotel was not attached to the airport. There was no no signage at the airport either. Staff at first desk was nice. However, restaurant staff was less than friendly. Room is ok clean. It wasn't nice though that there was stain on the soap bottle by the sink and I was squeezing out the last drop of soap in the shower. I was promised an invoice in the email and it hasn't arrived. Now I need to find a way to get it again, which is wasting more of my time than waiting by the front desk.

Room was fine and quiet. Morning breakfast was a disaster as your man in the breakfast area started raising his voice at me as I was sitting at a table that was set for breakfast and he was not happy about this and grabbed the placemat away and serviette. Not an enjoyable experience. I mentioned to the front desk on check out that next time identify the tables with "reserved please do not use" then there would have been no issue.

« old and crappy »

The hotel is old, crappy and AC was not working. You can only open the windows if somebody from reception comes to your room. Not handy in the middle of the night. Iron board was a joke. The elevator feels like a death trap. Would not recommend.

The check-in was very friendly and professional. The bar is not big enough however the restaurant and service is very good. Food was fine. Room is spacious but bathroom was dirty and not cleaned correctly after previous guests.

« Absolutely not professional staff especially in the hotel restaurant »

It was mine the worst experience for couple of years not because of hotel itself that because of totally not professional, in some cases unpleasant staff, missing Manager etc. I think that the main issue is not the staff but the catastrophic Management. When we came to hotel restaurant we were asked to wait 15 minutes so that staff can cleat already available table. When we sit we received the menu but we had to wait more than 30 minutes for waiter to come to ask us what we would like to order. And food were served 1 hour and 45 minutes after we entered the restaurant. In the end waiter told us that we have to leave the restaurant as they are closing despite that we didn´t finished our drinks. There were no sign of apology from the hotel staff.

Great place, very clean and very practical for family. Nothing spectacular, but very good. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. Good food in the restaurant. We recommend this hotel.
