Ok but a bit light on for comforts .. the room and bathroom smaller than we are used to. It’s summer and we had no air conditioning no real wardrobe space no toiletries just soap in a dispenser. Having said that staff very friendly and helpful restaurant brilliant and location excellent

The Hotel is located in a very good area of Greenwich close to transport Pier and Station,the accessible room size was perfect for a wheelchair user the Cleanliness of the room was to a high standard so was the Hotel in general all the staff were very friendly and polite. However, The breakfast was a let down as it is not in the hotel itself like every IBIS HOTELS I went to but Cafe Rouge which is adjoined to the Hotel a very basic French Style breakfast with not much choice on the Menu.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel as it is situated in a very good area close to the Pier and train station. Cutty Sark is about 5 mns walk the hotel in general very clean and the room is comfortable and the right size. However, The Breakfast is a let down as it is a basic French Style`s breakfast and not even in the Hotel itself like every other Ibis Hotels I stayed in but in Cafe Rouge which is adjoined to the hotel and not much choice in the Menu.

Rooms are simple and nice. But the first room I was in (rm 184) smelled of mold, which bothered my allergies. The staff was very good and flexible about check in and out times, and moved me to another room which was fine. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast in the cafe was just ok, however.

Amazing staff! Ania was amazing from check-in to check-out, despite the fact I started my stay on crutches, she helped with absolutely everything and was great conversation! And then the hotel itself was clean, quiet, amazing location - more than expected for the price!

We chose the Greenwich Ibis as a base for a trip to London and were delighted with our choice. The hotel is an attractive building in an ideal location just a short stroll from an attractive stretch of the Thames. The hotel was busy but peaceful - we heard nothing from other guests during the night and the rooms - like the rest of the hotel were clean and well maintained. The adjacent Café Rouge served us well for food and the hotel bar made a pleasant and comfortable meeting place for a late nightcap. However, a well-designed hotel holds no attractions without good staff and it is here that Ibis really excels. We had a strong impression that the staff's friendly and helpful manner was genuine - they all seemed to be happy in their work which is a tribute both to them and to the hotel management. Happy staff help make happy guests and the reception staff at this hotel should be congratulated for their efficiency and pleasant manner. Thank you all for making our stay feel special.

Check in staff were lovely, professional and helpful. Room was spotless and perfectly adequate. Location is brilliant for Greenwich pier, the Cutty Sark and the Observatory which are all well worth a visit. Highly recommended hotel.

As in actuality it was unseasonably warm at the time of your stay, I can only apologize if this system was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. Hotel great and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were all very professional and helpful! But disappointedly the hotel advertised it had an electric charging point but, that after calling Polar it stated it was a restricted charger exclusive to the hotel and the hotels card was not valid so no charge delayed my travel back home
