I were staying for 3 nights. Service is excellent and staffs is friendly and helpful. Check in were fast and delighted to received a surprise birthday cake and a card in my room. Will come back again in future.

The location is very convenient, only 2 mins walk from BTS. The room is clean. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They are willing to answer your questions. Highly recommend this hotel to my friends in the future.

We have arrived the hotel 1AM after long flight and migration exhasted, and found that nobody was there to help. We were embarassed to see that there was no way to call anyone but found a guy cleaning the floor then he knocked an office still there was no answer from inside. He entered the office and went out followed by a staff who helped us with check-in. However, we asked to make the reservation by my wife's name but it was me on the document. I have never ever seen or heard that a 5 star hotel with nobody on a reception desk in my life. When we got to the room it was almost 2AM so we ahd to go to bed without taking shower but tried to wash face and brush teeth. The sink drain lid was broken, so water did not flush away. After brush my teeth, I could not wash my face neither anyone in my family. Owful experience. Lucky to have only one night there otherwise I would not even imagine.

Service staff were not attentive nor efficient. Had to wait for my room to be ready and the counter staff forgot to check and inform me when it was ready. I had to proactively check with the staff. The rooms also did not live up to a 4 stars standard.

Room facilities are really bad. Room1602 Drain clogged. Had to shower in pool of dirty water for 2 days. Curtain has stained. Basin has missing stopper. Unresponsive to my request even after approaching front desk and email. Until I had to find duty manager than she changed the room for me. New room 912 looks old and has weird smell. Under table has so much accumulated dirt. Really need to buck up

We loved our stay at Novotel Siam Square in the past. This time, we were disappointed. Our room wasn't clean properly during the 5 night stay. The dirt kept being pushed into the same corner and gathered there. The hotel maids/cleaner were probably too busy with their mobiles to pay good attention! The bathroom was dirty with growing mould, especially the shower recess with very slow drainage. The water kept overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The new lobby layout is peculiar. The swings are silly and absolutely impractical. They should be in the children section. It would have been sensible to have proper chairs in the waiting area. The lighting is poor. The whole area looks unwelcoming. Breakfast room was ok, minus the bad/rotten smell that greeted us at the front, just before we went to eat! The lift should have security swipe instead of several security guards. We hope the management would want to make use of our feedback to improve the hotel's quality.

I love the location, is almost right in the heart of the few popular shopping areas. The hotel is located near to Siam BTS which is about a 5 min walk. The BTS has built an overhead bridge right below the tracks and this bridge linked up Siam Paragon, Central World, Big C supermarket. Hotel services and rooms are good. Overall 4.5/5

Extra mile by the Reservation Officer (Ms.Thanyaluck Ponyiam(Pai). Had multiply online bookings owing to some technical bug when confirming online payment. Via email, the Reservation Officer very quickly sort it out, waived the conditions imposed and re-instated the rewards points for that booking, all within a few hours. Good experience compared to many other hotels.

Good location, great services by the staffs. However, room is poorly maintained. Toilet flush (small flow) is not working. The flow rate of the sink is slow. The shower tap is not optimum at 6 o’clock position, water is either hot or cold running from the tap. The lighting on the bed wall is not working.

We booked 3 rooms in total, and 1 room is quite problematic (room 707). The cap of the kettle is broken, so the chances of getting scalded is quite high should the cap decided to fall on our hands when using the kettle. The aircon is making too much noise and the previous guests has consumed the mini bar without acknowledging when checking-out. We made a report to the front desk and everything was rectified after that. Overall, the hotel is abit run down, so some upgrading work is necessary.

I think I have already shared after my last visit to Novotel Siam Square. I wonder if the hotel reused the room slippers. In the past, the room slippers are packed in closed plastic bags. I can feel some dampness in the room slippers which make me think twice if I should use it.
