Location is super convenient- malls, bts, massage parlors and cafes nearby. Great design and facilities. Love the idea of the different welcome drinks. However, after the renovation, flooring is poorly done. Laminated floors had air pockets. Kept tripping.

Check in process has a few hiccups as front desk needed more confirmation on my room booking. I had to provide passport, booking ID, emails to confirm my booking, usually my passport will suffice. In addition, I booked 2 rooms and front desk confirmed that these are adjoining rooms (as I have young kids in another room), but when I went up the rooms are at 2 different ends. Went down to request to change to adjoining rooms but was told that there are no available rooms, and may have to moved floors, gave up although. Despite that, overall experience was good and staffs were friendly. Location of hotel was superb and very helpful with all requests. Will definitely stay again the next time.

The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located next to Siam station. However the room isn’t sound proof and we could hear the traffic sounds from our room on the 8th story . Despite the hotel being 4*, we were disappointed as there was no earplugs available nor was there any body lotion. Hopefully management can consider providing these in the future.

Breakfast is good and have various choices especially weekend. However, dinner for seafood buffet is not worth of money due to lack of variety. I think it’s over price and I can get better in other restaurant. Room is not clean and I can find a lot of hairs on the floor which might be remained by last guest. In the meantime, housekeeping did not give enough toilet roll and we have to call housekeeping almost everyday. This hotel has strategic location and can easily access to BTS Siam. We can find better hotel with the same price in other area.
