The staff at Hotel Mercure Hyeres is very helpful and friendly, as they were during my last stay. They make you feel welcome and are always ready to answer your questions. The hotel's main public areas are nicely decorated and there is a nice array of activities to keep you occupied (la petanque, la piscine etc.). The breakfast was delicious, however the clean up was slow. The room was very comfortable, however the bathroom was a bit run down and could use a make over. The hotel is overall clean, however some areas were left to desire and lacked attentive care and maintenance (bathroom corners, doors in hallways, shower door and faucets). For a one-night stay, it was fine.

« A very pleasant and relaxing place to stay overnight before catching our flight home from the airport. »

Everything was great. I would say only that the restaurant menu seemed rather limited. So we walked into town for dinner - which was fine!

The location of the hotel, in a run-down commercial centre and close to a main road, is not appealing. The restaurant menu gave me the impression (perhaps incorrect) that the meals would be ready prepared and just heated up, rather than cooked from fresh ingredients. The personnel were very pleasant and efficient. Secure parking on-site was a good feature. I would not choose to stay here again even though I like Mercure hotels and the price was very competitive due to the accor card advantages.

we had a very nice room. the pool is very relaxing. i think the hotel was pretty full but it was not crowded in the areas. the room was ready for us at arrival, very nice. friendly staff!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was very good. as the hotel was undergoing renovations there was noise , weekends too, and dust and this is why I did not give a 10. Location was excellent.

« Very small and noisy room for a lot of money »

Accor site was working badly which resulted in a booking of the wrong date. (error 404). When I arrived at the hotel there was 1 single room available. Room was very expensive and very noisy at night because of all the traffic. Price vs quality really not good at all. We will not return!

American style hollow core doors with US type locks, definitely not fire resistant. Slippery and dangerous bathtub - virtually impossible to take a shower without splashing water. Nice restaurant staff and bilingual front desk clerk. Terrible elevators! Would not stay again as we were worried about our safety.

We were disappointed with the Hotel . We had problems with the flushing of the toilet in the room which was not fully resolved. We also had difficulty with the availability of the Express breakfast. We had chosen the Mercure on the basis that a continental breakfast option was available but it proved quiet difficult to get the staff to provide this breakfast option.

The floor in the room felt very dirty. there were yellow stains on the sheet (i choose to think it was clean, just looked unclean). Staff very helpful, nice pool and breakfast.
