Room was good, disappointing was the struggle to have some drinks while there was a event going on. I would say paying almost 450€ and not having a Bar open and doing so much effort to have a group of 15 people coming back from the label Expo to have a couple of drinks in the hotel is Unacceptable

Excellent hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly stuff. The only minus point is given about how informed the reception stuff about regulations in Brussels. Since 2018, Brussels city has implemented some sustainable / environmental regulations for those who travel by car. As SOFITEL is an international hotel and welcoming guests during the trade show season, It would be good, if reception stuff would be at least aware about it. Despite this experience, would choose and recommend this hotel in the future.

Good hotel, very clean and quite luxurious and very close to all amenities, including metro. Only slight problem was that the restaurant was full in the evening so I had to use room service - disappointing for such a grand hotel that they can't accommodate (all) their guests.

« I wished I had options »

If I had a choice, I would not stay at Sofitel Le Louise again even as an Accor member. Your rooms are so small, beds are narrow even for small/average sized persons. Breakfast is always the same--limited, unhealthy choices. Your front desk staff are efficient but robotic--not much authentic hospitality unlike at other hotels in Brussels. The company who sponsors my trip books my accommodations; regrettably, I am stuck. However, Location is the only best selling point.

All staff were friendly and competent. We would like to mention Annalise from the front desk who everyday helped us with planning what we would do and was excited to hear how our day went. The concierge, Matthias Floriot could not do enough for us. We had not heard from our pick up driver from Emirates and he sorted it our for us without a problem. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful.
